Worst place ever please stay away they are com artist will drink your bank dry ! Had treatment here the doctors given me wrong medication lied lied now I'm a mess stay away

I've been coming to the EF Medispa at Harvey Nichols for years. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and service. Particularly of Aga's amazing skills. She really knows her stuff. I used to have my hydrafacial with her and she really does a fantastic job. At the end my face is glowing. I have now started microneedling with her and she has made such a difference to my skin. I will definitely be going back as she is the best aesthetician and I trust her whole heartedly with my skin.

Very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful staff who are excellent at what they do. I have been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

the appointment attempted to rescheduled twice, and last time they ask me if I want to try any other treatment! No I dont want to try any other treatment, I just expect you to provide your service and not push my appointment any further!

My son's skin is now the worst it’s ever been. after paying £1,000 for a peel. He's so upset and self conscious about his acne ridden/scarred face!!!!

I had a colonics a EF Medispa the St John’s Wood branch with Victoria and I am very happy with my treatment. It was my first colonics and I did not know what to expect but Victoria took time to explain everything, took my medical history and gave me useful advices. She has so much knowledge and experience.
The whole experience was very gentle and comfortable. In the next few days I started to feel so much lighter and all my bloating is gone! I am glad I choose this place for my first colonics and looking forward to the next treatment.

I have been a client of EF Medispa Chelsea for several years. I absolutely love Zoe and am always happy with my body treatments which is the reason I have again returned after this latest lockdown ahead of the summer! Working out alot and a healthy diet works for me but I sometimes need some extra help to banish this annoying cellulite. EF Medispa has some excellent body treatments I have come to use to give me that extra help. Zoe is always so helpful, professional and sweet, the staff are always very cheerful and know what they are doing. It’s the reason I continue to go there for so long and very thankful to them! Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to meet Treatment Coordinator, Zoe who was able to address my concerns and discuss various treatment options, given her extensive knowledge and tenure in the industry I am confident that we decided upon the most suitable treatment based on my age/lifestyle.
Consistency is important to me so I was thrilled to receive a message with confirmed treatment dates, all booked with the marvellous aesthetician Sylwia.
I can't recommend her enough and would urge all future clients to book with her! Instantly warm and welcoming - It really has been a pleasure meeting with her every week and as for the results, they speak for themselves!

I first met with Zoe, and she was so great. She understood what I needed and recommended a series of treatments and also gave her opinion on others that would not necessarily fulfill my needs. I’m currently having my treatments with Marianna who is knowledgeable of the treatments, professional and very nice. The service I received was of high standards and would recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

EF MEDISPA on Kings Road is my new favourite place! At the first consult with Zoe Budd I just got the feeling that she understood what I was looking for. She didn't hard sell me treatments and she was super practical in her advice. All the therapists there are clever and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer and their products (there are so many to choose from that you definitely need guidance). Kasia is a brilliant therapist. Super professional. She always gives me the best advice on things that she sees working well on other clients. She can let me sleep, have a light chat or a deep conversation depending on my mood all with great skill while she is still diligently working away on me. The reception staff are always friendly and I just enjoy pottering around trying out products while I wait for my appointment. The place is bright and buzzy and I know that the treatments are cutting edge and I won't get any better. Prices are ok for the level of treatment that they offer.

I love doing my peels, LED, IPLs and clearlift at the clinic with Jenny and other girls. Zoe is very knowledgeable about recommending the correct treatment. I've been going there for 10 years! They are lovely!

I haven’t found anywhere which offers the range of face and body treatments available at EF Medispa. Zoe is super knowledgeable and helpful. The therapists and staff are very professional and go out of their way to make the whole experience positive and friendly. My skin has improved dramatically over my time using EF Medispa. I feel much happier looking in the mirror nowadays!

Listen up! So I have had a lot of treatments over the years and from every continent. But I have to say the treatments at EF MEDISPA are some of the best. Zoe Budd my patient consultant was brilliant - well educated, profession and knows here stuff!! Her team at the Chelsea clinic are world class. And I have had just about every treatment they offer. 5 stars experience.

I really love going to EF Medispa! I have worked and talked with Jenny + Zoe - they're both so knowledgeable, always know what treatment or product to suggest, and my skin has gotten much better with what they have recommended (I struggle with acne).

Zoe and team made the entire experience easy, kind and relaxing. Zoe puts you right at ease and her team is incredibly professional. What could have otherwise been a stressful and difficult experience has only felt kind and smooth each step of the way. And the faculties are clean and nice. Very much recommend.

Would not advise!

Do NOT have any procedures with Dr Johnsson or through EF Medispa. It is scary that Dr Johnsson is allowed to operate in the UK. I had vaser liposuction and fat graft to the buttocks and he has left me permanently botched and disfigured. I have found a plastic surgeon that can help me, but will never be able to totally correct the mess that he has made of my body. Dr Johnsson performed surgery that we hadn’t even discussed! The procedure was over priced and EF medispa pressure you into making a decision and are quick to take your money, but as soon as I raised my concerns they treated me so badly and stopped contact with me. I see from the reviews someone else has suffered the same terrible experience. Surgeons I have seen to try and help me have been shocked at his work and the way I have been treated by EF Medispa. EF Medispa should be ashamed that they are still working with him after several botched surgeries. If you are considering any procedure find your surgeon through baaps.org.uk They are the only true Plastic Surgeons and you will be safe.

I went to the Richmond office and inquired about vaser lipo. I have never had plastic surgery but I wanted get rid of my tummy pouch. The woman that did the consultation was impatient and mad that I asked lots of questions. I explained to her that I have never done this before that's why am asking about it and I wanted to get as much information as possible. The clinic offers local and general anaesthesia for the surgery. I asked her what she thinks I should go for. She explained that am doing a large area ie lower, upper and flanks so I need to use general. Am 61 kgs and 5'5 and have a bit of a pouch not alot so I told her local may be better since am small and they will not take out more that 1litre of fat. She said I will be in so much pain and during general I won't be awake to feel it. I told her that on the company website it says you will feel a bit of pressure but not pain. It's also safer if am awake than put to sleep. She got angry and said I have to meet a new client I have told you local will be dangerous since you're doing a large area. My appointment was for 30 minutes and she wanted to leave after 20 minutes. I quickly asked her about the non invasive treatments they have and she gave me a leaflet and said to read about them but in her opinion I need to do vaser. I told her that I will think about it and call the clinic about my decision. I looked at the prices and saw that general anaesthetic was 3000 pounds more than local. I just went to another clinic that explained to me everything I needed to know about the surgery. The cons and pros of the surgery and seemed friendly and welcoming. Richmond was the nearest clinic to me that's why I had considered them but the consultant seemed to be much more interested in making a sale than making me comfortable. I have done my surgery and all went well. I did it under local and seriously didn't feel any pain. After the surgery there was no pain for like 2 days because the anaesthetic was still in the area that was treated. My incisions healed after 3days and I went back to work. There was a bit of discomfort and swelling after all its surgery. But I was amazed at how fast I healed. Knowing what I know now I feel the ef consultant was trying to force me into a decision than telling me the facts about the surgery. If anyone is considering surgery visit a number of clinics and make the best decision for you. But I would avoid ef Richmond.
