If there is an option for 0 star I would give that. I don't know about other branches but chennai branch is a not a good place if you are in need of msme loan or something. They give false commitments & fake promise hiding the reality. Telling from my personal experience I paid 17.7k for the company for msme loan trusting their false promises and it never happened. Their staff stopped replying. I tried reaching them through LinkedIn and they gave a number to talk I spoke with that person again they gave another number and the list went on I neither received the loan and they didn't even take any steps towards the loan. They just looted my 17.7k hard earned money and moved on. Don't trust the company. If someone from their side claims this as fake review I am ready to post the payment screenshot.🙏🏻

Eginol is such a lyer and fake company they having fraud many people or company and after that they never respond 😭😭😭😭

I am highly disappointed with the services provided by Egniol Services Pvt Ltd. I paid ₹25,000 + GST for their support, but no seed funding was arranged, and there has been absolutely no progress from their side.

The worst part is the lack of communication. The representative Kritika Sharma stopped responding, and her phone is constantly switched off. Another person named Akash from Bengaluru also failed to provide any proper updates or support. this company is SCAM be careful

This has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise others to be very careful before dealing with this company. Their service quality and professionalism are extremely poor, and my experience has been entirely negative.

मैं Egniol कंपनी के बारे में अपना वास्तविक अनुभव साझा करना चाहता हूँ। मेरे अनुसार यह कंपनी पूरी तरह से धोखाधड़ी (Fraud) की तरह काम करती है और ग्राहकों से पैसा लेकर समय पर कोई भी काम पूरा नहीं करती।

मैंने फरवरी 2025 में Egniol कंपनी को MSME लोन के नाम पर पैसे दिए थे, उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया था कि वे मेरा लोन प्रोसेस पूरा करवा देंगे।
अब 7–8 महीने बीत चुके हैं, लेकिन अभी तक मेरा कोई भी काम नहीं हुआ है और न ही किसी प्रकार की स्पष्ट जानकारी या समर्थन दिया जा रहा है।

कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि पैसे लेने के बाद ठीक से बात नहीं करते, और हर बार केवल बहाने बनाते हैं। मेरी नज़र में:

यह कंपनी काम पूरा नहीं करती

पैसा लेने के बाद कस्टमर को इग्नोर करती है

गलत वादे और झूठे आश्वासन देती है

पूरा सिस्टम फ्रॉड जैसा लगता है

इसलिए मेरा सुझाव है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति Egniol कंपनी को पैसा देने से पहले अच्छी तरह सोचें, और किसी भी प्रकार की सेवा या योजना में पैसे देने से बचें, क्योंकि मेरा खुद का अनुभव बहुत खराब रहा है।

They are fraud , they are only take others money and do fraud , even not provide any service

I was scammed by Egniol Services Pvt Ltd, they took ₹23600 and stopped communicating. Complaint will be filed on consumerhelpline.gov.in, Please beware and verify before paying any such firm.

We Paid 72000/- and 10000/- and till not any positive response the concern person's phone number permeant closed this is the big fraud

This company Eginol is a fraud company and they give false promise and swindled 1.6 lakhs from me.

I think all the loosers to group up and file a complaint with MSME and Police,
The Owner Mr.Vishal is a fraud who is available in the whatsup group and still doesn't respond for our queries and it is a huge loss of money.

They are just making the clients by showing sweet and delicious dreams. Can`t handle a single client as per their commitments. After 5 months i am still waiting for Incorporation certificate of my company however they had committed to complete the SEED FUND process within 45-55 days. Too much disappointed 😤 REQUEST THE READER TO NOT WORK WITH EGNIOL.

Fraud Company – Please Stay Away!
I had a terrible experience with Egniol Services Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, Deewan, Arun (7486093285), Ankith (9825106779), Dheeraj Sahani (6358286858) Preethi (6358038173) Muthuselvi, Project Manager (7486071669) ( Mr. Yokesh (9898977593). They made big promises regarding government grants and startup support and 80IAC registration but completely failed to deliver anything after taking payment.

Once the money was paid, they stopped responding properly. No regular updates, no transparency, and no results. When I asked for a refund, they ignored my calls and emails. Even escalating the issue to the director, Vishal Brahmbhatt, led nowhere — he did not take any responsibility.

Here is the true and original review that this company has been waiting for so long from us. This company is a SCAMMER. Having experienced the treacherous acts of this company for more than 18 months, we finally intend to give the true review. We approached them for provision of grants/funds, however we ended up wasting our own funds and time like many other businesses especially startups and MSMEs. Our mistake was not having done in-depth study and analysis of the company’s original reviews/stature.

1. They first target startup companies/MSMEs through social media advertisements, cold calling and whatsapp messages promising government funds. When cash strapped startups/MSMEs approach/agree, they claim a success rate of 90-95% and also that they will keep trying for various schemes for the same charges, if not one materialises. Their charges are highly disproportionate considering the job they will be doing. Also they will ask for post receipt commission of 1-1.5% of the fund/grant. This has a psychological effect on the customer that make them believe that only the one’s who are confident enough to get the work done can make such high claims.
2. Once agreed and the fees is paid in advance their approach changes drastically. Now it becomes the liability of the customer. However they first send an agreement to be signed and stamped by the customers. It is this document which they will quote when things do not turn up right and customer asks for a refund. Although such document does not has any legal validity, most often newbies avoid confronting them due to lack of awareness.

3. Then they will forward a template based presentation and a write-up with innumerable mistakes and unprofessional approach and it will be responsibility of the customer to correct them.

4. They will submit the application whose acknowledgement may or may be received by the customer. Most of the times they intentionally submit the applications for grants that do not align with the customer’s business model and will surely be rejected. Then they pursue/force the customer to give a review on Google.

When queried they will ask for a waiting time of 60-90 days from the date of submission and thus here starts the struggle the paying customer will be facing until fed-up, every time you call them a different person will pick up and inform you that your point of contact (the sales guy), had resigned from the job which actually is one of the methods they follow to confuse the customer.
5. If the customer is patient enough and enquires again after a few months, they will assign a new scheme (also called complimentary services). Then again the same procedures including the agreement signing will be replicated, however most of the time they even do not apply for any other funds and just bluff the customers as their will be no more acknowledgements.

6. When none of the applications reach even the second stage and the customer surely asks for a refund having lost their patience and faith, they will show you the agreement and that the amount they scammed is non refundable.

Their sales department make false claims to customers and the quality department rejects such claims. They do not care for the customer. If at all grants are not for everyone then what should people hire you for and what is the success rate for?

This company is a scammer and has managed scammed not only us but many new startups and MSMEs. Most of the Google reviews of this company are fake, made-up or forced.

Most of the jobs can be done on our own with little patience and knowledge. So please study and analyse this company before getting involved with them and save your hard earned money. We hope this true review helps at least some companies/ proprietors especially startups and MSMEs from being victimised and loosing out on their precious funds and time.

I am loosing the amount 1,18,000 (Including GST) Strongly disappointed, they are fraud.

Hera Pheri me jab Akshay Kumar ek ka double ki ummid me laxmi cheat fund me jaise trap hota he. Waise hi trap ho jaoge. MSME loan ke chakkar me mat padna. They delivers fraud and false commitment. Playing with start ups emotions. As per my knowledge company uth gai he. Khali 2 -4 bache he wo kab nikal jaye kya pata.

Third class service I have made teh payments to them in the month of June and till date no response form their side, all phone nos are not working , not even the ones opublished on teh website, i have been scammed by paying them 25k GST extra,

I strongly advise anyone considering Egniol Services to be extremely cautious before making any payment.

I paid ₹17,700 on 13 March 2025 (Invoice No. S38871) for their Startup/Seed Fund Grant assistance, after being assured of 100% guaranteed results. Despite repeated follow-ups for over 7 months, there has been no response, no update, and no delivery of promised services.

Customer care and representatives stopped responding to calls and emails completely. The experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional.

I am now in the process of filing a consumer complaint for non-delivery of services and unfair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Please be vigilant and do not make advance payments without written, legally verifiable commitments.

Egniol Services Private Limited is a complete disappointment. I trusted them with their services and paid ₹10,000 in good faith, but they failed to deliver on their promises. After taking the money, there was no proper communication, no quality work, and no accountability for the delays and false assurances. It feels like they simply looted my hard-earned money without providing any genuine service. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company to avoid getting scammed the way I did.

Maine 150 din pehle inki service li thi. Mujhe 40 din ke andar result dene ka promise kiya gaya tha, lekin abhi tak mera kaam complete nahi hua. Company ke customer care number par call karne par response nahi milta. Is wajah se main apna negative experience share kar raha hoon."
