They will talk to you very nicely and politely and once you paid the money they will not be contact you and received your calls. if in case receive then they said we are from sales team plz contact dis person and that person.i was paid 25000 sales person name is mukesh gujjar. when i asked they said you will receive mail from the government but till the date nothing received from anyone and they are not answering my calls.

Demand Full Refunds from Egniol Financial Services for Failure to Provide Services

Based on my personal experience, this company has a highly toxic work environment. There is a severe lack of professionalism, especially from individuals in key positions like Hiren, whose promises are empty and never result in real action. Despite being in management, he has no real authority and fails to deliver on his word.

Salaries are consistently delayed, often being paid between the 15th to 21st of each month with no fixed date, and there are no performance incentives provided. Transparency is nonexistent management continues to collect revenue from employees’ work and clients, yet fails to offer timely or fair compensation.

The ABMs are unfit for leadership, unable to resolve conflicts or support employees. Instead, they focus on applying pressure without offering any solutions. The HR department is equally unprofessional, engaging in gossip and personal interference rather than handling essential responsibilities like onboarding, employee support, or proper exit processes.

Despite all these ongoing issues, the company continues to hire, without addressing the fundamental problems. This review is based 100% on a true experience. I strongly advise prospective employees to proceed with caution.

Hiren (BM): Provides extensive explanations and assurances for the concerns of employees but nothing in real time implementation

Navasuriyan (ABM): Reliable in certain situations, but inconsistent overall.

Aswathi (ABM): Lacks the skills and professionalism required for the role, she will act like she is the decision maker and leader but she doesn't even know the meaning of mentor or leader such a dumper

Shanmuga Priya (HR): Displays unprofessional behavior and a negative attitude, undermining employee morale and the purpose of HR.

Dear friends, we lost more than Rs.50,000/- for 3 schemes & be careful with Ms.Aswathy from their Chennai office.Egniol is number 1 cheating company be careful with them & we are planning to Consumer court as they are not responding our calls.

After taking my money, Egniol never provided the business consultation services they promised. Months later, I realized that my hard-earned money was taken under the false promise of consultancy.

When I started asking for a refund, they started misbehaving, giving excuses, and arguing on long calls instead of resolving the issue. Their communication is completely unprofessional and manipulative. They try to mentally exhaust customers by transferring blame from one department to another.

This is a big business manipulation setup operating under the name of consultancy.

Pay to them and just forget about it. Because they wont callback after they receive the money.
With multiple follow ups if you are able to push them to submit your application, it will reject at the end as they are not expertise in it. We can do better than that.

They will not refund a single rupee whereas other companies assure that they will refund partially if application gets rejected. They dont even put efforts to re-submit the application. Worst service and a big scam.

If there was a 0 star review; we would use it. This message is for the entire world; please stay away from this so called company. They are scam artists; dishonest, cheaters; the worst of the kind. Their main office in India is a scam as well and will be reported to the Indian Ministry of Commerce & Commerce for criminal investigation. Stay tuned for more information. about this process. They should never be in business again in any country in the world.

Here is the true and original review that this company has been waiting for so long from us. This company is a SCAMMER. Having experienced the treacherous acts of this company for more than 18 months, we finally intend to give the true review. We approached them for provision of grants/funds, however we ended up wasting our own funds and time like many other businesses especially startups and MSMEs. Our mistake was not having done in-depth study and analysis of the company’s original reviews/stature.

Their modus operandi clearly indicates their treacherous business tactics and that the top management to the lowest staff are all hands-in-gloves in the acts:

1. They first target startup companies/MSMEs through social media advertisements, cold calling and whatsapp messages promising government funds. When cash strapped startups/MSMEs approach/agree, they claim a success rate of 90-95% and also that they will keep trying for various schemes for the same charges, if not one materialises. Their charges are highly disproportionate considering the job they will be doing. Also they will ask for post receipt commission of 1-1.5% of the fund/grant. This has a psychological effect on the customer that make them believe that only the one’s who are confident enough to get the work done can make such high claims.

2. Once agreed and the fees is paid in advance their approach changes drastically. Now it becomes the liability of the customer. However they first send an agreement to be signed and stamped by the customers. It is this document which they will quote when things do not turn up right and customer asks for a refund. Although such document does not has any legal validity, most often newbies avoid confronting them due to lack of awareness.

3. Then they will forward a template based presentation and a write-up with innumerable mistakes and unprofessional approach and it will be responsibility of the customer to correct them.

4. They will submit the application whose acknowledgement may or may be received by the customer. Most of the times they intentionally submit the applications for grants that do not align with the customer’s business model and will surely be rejected. Then they pursue/force the customer to give a review on Google.

When queried they will ask for a waiting time of 60-90 days from the date of submission and thus here starts the struggle the paying customer will be facing until fed-up, every time you call them a different person will pick up and inform you that your point of contact (the sales guy), had resigned from the job which actually is one of the methods they follow to confuse the customer.

5. If the customer is patient enough and enquires again after a few months, they will assign a new scheme (also called complimentary services). Then again the same procedures including the agreement signing will be replicated, however most of the time they even do not apply for any other funds and just bluff the customers as their will be no more acknowledgements.

6. When none of the applications reach even the second stage and the customer surely asks for a refund having lost their patience and faith, they will show you the agreement and that the amount they scammed is non refundable.

Their sales department make false claims to lure customers and the quality department rejects such claims. They do not care for the customer. If at all grants are not for everyone then what should people hire you for and what is the success rate for?

This company is a scammer and has managed scammed not only us but many new startups and MSMEs. Most of the Google reviews of this company are fake, made-up or forced.

Most of the jobs can be done on our own with little patience and knowledge. So please study and analyse this company before getting involved with them and save your hard earned money. We hope this true review helps at least some companies/ proprietors especially startups and MSMEs from being victimised and loosing out on their precious funds and time.

Fraud Company – Please Stay Away!

I had a terrible experience with Egniol Services Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, run by Mr. Vishal Brahmbhatt. They made big promises regarding government grants and startup support but completely failed to deliver anything after taking payment.

Once the money was paid, they stopped responding properly. No regular updates, no transparency, and no results. When I asked for a refund, they ignored my calls and emails. Even escalating the issue to the director, Vishal Brahmbhatt, led nowhere — he did not take any responsibility.

Entrepenuers, beware of Egniol. They will sweet talk you into trusting them to get you funding from non-dilutionary sources. After that they will submit an application on your behalf in two hours, which will normally take you 2-3 days to fill-out even when you know your own company. I found that out after I paid them. Of course, none of those application will ever get accepted. Not sure if they are scammers, but definitely not competent. Furthermore, they will take no action later. Best to stay away from them.

Our experience was one of blatant deception. The team was aggressive and persistent before payment, offering assurances of timely delivery and high-quality work. However, once the payment was made, they ceased communication entirely. Calls and messages went unanswered, and the deliverables—if any—were far below acceptable standards.

This is a clear case of misrepresentation and financial exploitation, particularly targeted at startups who operate with limited resources and rely heavily on trust and timely execution. Such actions are not just unethical; they are criminal.

We are preparing to take legal action and will also file a formal complaint with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Startup India, and relevant cybercrime authorities. These practices must be exposed to prevent further exploitation of emerging businesses in India.

We strongly urge others to avoid engaging with this company. Protect your time, money, and your vision.

Overpriced services that the founder can do themselves. They charged 25k+ for creating a pitch deck PPT and filling out the application to submit it on the SISFS portal. No value add in pushing applications through, follow-up with incubators etc.
