eHealth Insurance Reviews 

Since our plan D insurance will no longer be in our area as of Dec. 31st 2026, I called them yesterday after receiving their letter hoping they’d refer us… after 45 minutes I got nowhere, so I googled & found health.
I called them this a.m. & was not put on hold, we dealt with Jeanette Castro, who was extremely kind, helpful & patient explaining everything! Not only that, but we’ll be paying much less than we were, so VERY happy!

Worst company to work for . Training only consisting of studying for state exam and doing certs . Maybe a brief PowerPoint here and there . Role plays didn’t help at all cause they only focused on selling a plan . Worst training experience . Now we’re in nesting and no one really knows what to do or how to answer questions that we are getting on calls . Training was not useful at all . Then we go into production on our own next week and we’re just as lost as ever. They don’t care that we don’t. Know what to do . They only let us do buddy calls 2 calls and now they are just throwing us to the wolves . I wouldn’t recommend anyone working here

I needed to change something on my insurances. I'd had a bad week but when I spoke to my agent, Tracy Chapatal, she was able to help me with everything I needed. She has been there for me and my husband a couple of different times and has been a rock star with these insurance sign ups and any issues we have had. I highly recommend EHealth to anyone who wants to allow someone else to get you the best insurance for your money with easy explanations thrown in for free. Thanks Champ, Tracy.

When filling out the information it asks me my birth date and my age and I filled it out correctly. It gave me a quote that was affordable for me so I gave them my bank information for it to be withdrawn. Then they claimed that the year of birth for me was 2026. Asked them to change it to the correct one. Then they told me the rate would be three times more and tried to take it out of my bank account immediately. I had to stop check on my bank account which caused me a fee. It was obvious that they are trying to meet quotas. Even after filling out a request to cancel the application, they tried to take it out of my bank account. They should ask if I can afford the new quote before taking it out of my bank account. It's obvious that this is some sort of a scam. I will report this to some sort of authority.

The agents I've interacted with were very willing to help solve problems I encountered and were very friendly. The application process through ehealth is pretty simple. Most problems I've had were with the carrier itself (gave me such a headache) and not ehealh.

I talked to multiple people but the one,Denise Anderson, helped me the most. She's a very helpful, nice and knowledgeable person.

Everyone was pleasant, professional, and followed up as promised.

customer service and attention to details

Nicole did an awesome job. She was on top of my app. She noticed that it was take a long time to get approved. So she reached out to me to figure out why. We discovered that bcbs thought I moved. She contacted bcbs abd got everything straighten out abd got an approval within a day. Ehealth is luck to have her!

Good I am glad at lest to have insurances

Seemed like a great site and signing up was effortless. Would have given 5 stars, except after I enrolled in my plan after your site told me that my oncologist was in-network. I specifically compared plans that included my doctor. It turns out that he is not. Now I have to pay him out of pocket. Liars!!!

Ehealth sold me amerihealth insurance which appears to be garbage. I never received any health insurance card and when you call amerihealth a robot answers the phone then hangs up on you.

Everybody was talking how easy it is to compare Medicare advantage plans online with e-health! Not outside of the open enrollment and not without calling and talking to an agent!!! Some of us seniors are capable of doing so online by ourselves!
