My agent, Steve G., made it so easy for me to enroll in a new dental plan that will save me money and give me more benefits than my other plan that I had through my federal voluntary benefits. I am grateful for Steve's help. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision.

Sebina McLean is a definite asset to this company. She made it effortless for me in choosing my advantage and dental plans. Now it's up to Humana to follow through. I highly recommend Sebina and I will be using her services again in September!

All customer support staff I had the pleasure of speaking with were so helpful, great communicators and were very timely with resolving my issue and setting me up with health insurance. I’m extremely pleased with e-health services! The customer service guy was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was also patient with me. He took the time to explain each insurance product. He also compared different policies to ensure that I received the most appropriate coverage for me and my family.

It was great until I received an email from your organization stating that my Cigna health insurance 'application' was canceled. I called eHealth and the rep said something about it being for non payment. He also said he knew who had canceled it and would have them follow back up with me but I never received a call or email. I had to call Cigna to confirm that my coverage was active, that my account billing was current and that I was set up on autopay.

We all make mistakes but this wasn't a good experience.

Sadly it's not very often that I get to do a review that is good but I had an issue this morning in regards to Transportation with IEHP luckily I got a good Agent named Shawna i've been having these issues since the first of the year and I've gotten completely and totally frustrated and IEHP knows this thankfully today Shawna really helped me and I just want to make sure that she knows she is an awesome person.

Your service is good, but the price for insurance is expensive, can you lower the price please?

Pathetic response! Tried calling my "advisor", Danielle Gilbert, THREE time just today, and their damned phone tree herds me into leaving a message (THAT'S THE ONLY CHOICE I'M GIVEN). NO RESPONSE. So, I get to start over?!

Everything was great EXCEPT Med Mutual has the wrong email. It has an old work email from several years ago that was NOT entered by me and I can not fix easily so all of my payment confirmations are going to an old defunct work account and I have not been able to set up my account with Med Mutual so I don’t know how this is going to work out. All of my correct information was sent, including email was sent to ehealth so I am very disappointed about this.

They over withheld thousands and need to issue me a new W2 too. They're ignoring me. My tax preparer is telling me how illegal this is. Thanks eHealth for screwing me!

It was easy to see what products were available to me and how to compare them.
The link to research if my doctors were in the plan I was choosing did not work.

eHealth collected a payment from me upfront (without which I was not allowed to submit my application), sent me a payment confirmation, then LOST MY PAYMENT. My application was DELAYED and would've been on hold indefinitely if I hadn't made multiple proactive phone calls. Carrier never received the payment. I had to waste hours on the phone and make a new payment. eHealth smells of FRAUD, or at best EXTREME INCOMPETENCE.

Knowledgeable agent and took the time to understand our needs.

They were helpful and stayed on the line.

The agents are great. Patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Forms easy to complete and eHealth agents were professional and always available to support me during the process including responding to my questions.
