Avoid! I ordered 2 tyres and after 9 days I received an email that the tyres were delivered back to the sender. Horrible AI customer service, horrible real agent with no manners. Requested a refund. Will buy from Oponeo.

Please do not use this company. I ordered 4 tyres and only received 2. When I questioned them about the other 2 they told me they were lost in transit. They eventually admitted that the had insufficient stock. However they still took payment for 4 tyres. I returned the two tyres back to eiretyres.com on the understanding that I would get a full refund. I am still waiting. Don't take the chance guys. They will rip you off. 56500754

Eiretyres processed my payment for 2 tyres and only sent me 1 tyre. Their A.l. claimed only 1 tyre was paid but eventually confirmed the amount paid. Eventually got to speak to a person but it only lead to an email to provide proof of payment for second tyre. They have my payment. They sent me confirmation. This is very obviously a deliberate fraud. It’s so easy to see my payment and apply it to my order number. Horrible business deliberately stealing money.

have since received 4 emails requesting payment by bank transfer.

used this shop couple times over the years without problem,then switched to the competition from Poland,recently placed order as it meant to come quicker so got 2 tyres on eyre and 2 on oponeo..the poles delivered in 5 days and its being 2 weeks and still waiting for bratwursts to deliver..what a shame

2 weeks waiting on my delivery, tracking says it is still in Netherlands….. terrible service.

So I’ve paid for my tyres and looks like I won’t e getting them?

I ordered 4 tyres for over €1,600 from this website because it advertised a 2–3 day delivery time within Ireland. The next day, I received an email stating the delivery would actually take 10 days. On top of that, they only dispatched two of the four tyres, with a vague promise to “update me shortly” about the others.

The only reason I chose this site was because of the supposed fast delivery. I could have ordered the same tyres cheaper from at least two other websites, but I was misled by the impression that this was an Irish company with local stock and quick shipping. Really disappointing experience – I won’t be using them again.

The advertising title says 2 tyres (front and rear) and the picture shows 2 tyres as well, a wide one (rear) and a thin one (front). But I got only the rear one (wide)
I've contacted the customer service and they tried to convince me that it was right, and the tyre was suitable for the rear or front wheel. It's not, they are completely different.
Nevertheless I showed them 2 different advertising in their own website, one was the one I bought (2 tyres) and another one of 1 tyre only, so they could see that the one I bought supposed to be 2. It was undeniable. That's when they stopped to answer my messages and ignored me completely. SCAM!

I have ordered from Eiretyres few times in previous years with no issues but NEVER again. Ordered tyres and paid on 7th April (RD 54662413). They provided me with a order tracking link for DPD Germany website that does not recognize that tracking number - needed to check French DPD website to see any status of the tracking. No updates for 2 weeks on that tracking whatsoever with the only entry being: "Your parcel is being prepared by the sender " - looks like the tyres have never been collected from the warehouse. Called few times to finally having them admit that they lost the order and have no idea where the tyres currently are.

Asked for replacement on 22nd April (RD 54765305) - more than one week later the same story - its already past delivery date, tracking shows no updates at all - like tyres have never been collected, automated hotline says the order has been already delivered, no response on emails, their phone support tells various stories depending on who you talk to - like they themselves have completely no clue whats happening. I will be asking for refund now - and probably waiting for it another few weeks I bet.

Incompetence is an understatement. Between support, warehouse and the courier - seems like each department of this company resides on a completely different planet with no communication between each other.

I've ordered a number of times from Eiretyres over the years but this time is my last. They are slow to deliver, they are slow to respond to ANY query (Phone, Email or WhatsApp) and it seems they are only getting worse. A few years ago this company was a decent alternative to the expense of local suppliers but the issues with non-existent communication, long delivery times and annoying mistakes has made eiretyres fall way below expectations.

I was told I would get a refund yesterday via Paypal (RD 54747862) and 2 days later not a penny received.

As always no problem with this company, Delivery took a bit longer this time but maybe it was the long bank holiday weekend.

Estimated delivery time was accurate, good value on premium tyres

All good apart from there was no way to contact anybody regarding the purchase of the tyres.

So that was very disappointing as I had no idea when they would be delivered

more then week after payment was made, confirmation letter sent that order sent to warehouse, sending a second letter saying we don't have in stock your tires.
Maybe they should pay interest rate for holding my money ?

My delivery been late.
Been in costumer service phone over 2 hours to see where my tyres are, every time It was my turn the call would end.
