Clear pricing and products on the web site, good choice of products available, good recommendations for specific vehicle types, good product descriptions and ratings. Improvement required on delivery tracking, whilst delivery times were consistent, tracking URLs did not work and on both occasions I've used them displayed a "http400 not found" error on clicking the link

Not a good experience
Ordering from this company has been a disaster from start to finish. Originally the order was delivered with stud nuts that did not fit the wheel. When I rang to ask why this was done and if they could send me nuts that WOULD fit the wheel I was told that they didn't have any nuts that would fit the wheel and that I would have to source them myself. When I pressed them to find a solution, eventually they found that actually they did have nuts that would fit, but shipped nuts in completely the wrong colour, chrome nuts for a glossy black wheel which is to be fitted to a black car. When I again queried this, I was told "Please note that we do not supply wheel nuts or bolts in colours matched to the rims" which is frankly ridiculous. My experience would not lead me to recommend this company, as my experiences of their ability to competently fulfil customers orders, or more importantly to resolve issue when they arise even if entirely their fault does not inspire confidence.

Everything is fine until you want to return unused tyres. I ordered the wrong size. They make it virtually impossible for you to return anything update, they claim they cannot open the photos I have sent them twice. They are now ignoring my emails. Please avoid this company.i have been using them for years,and they treat me like this!!!!

After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical. It turned out well I received the tyres in five + working days. The tyres are brand new and less than a year old. Overall I think it was a fast and good service. OPONEO.IE definitely deserves a 5 star rating in my case. Thank you.

I ordered 4 tyres
I ordered 4 tyres. "Delivered within 4 working days"
3 were delivered after 7 days and I had to wait 30 days before the 4th was delivered. It was claimed to be lost.
I complained several times and was told it was lost by courier. It was very frustrating as I needed the tyres urgently. Finally after much complaining, they sent a replacement as they had to after 30 days according to statutory rights.
I had to purchase two tyres in the meantime as the ones on the vehicle were no longer legal having 3 weeks more roadtime
The lost tyre then arrived and they are coming to collect it. I had asked them to leave it with me as a gesture of goodwill but the request was denied so no customer care or compensation offered.

We fully understand that the delay was inconvenient. However, we must clarify that we cannot agree to a refund, compensation, or any additional claims in this case. The delay was caused by the courier, and once the statutory period was reached, we acted in accordance with our obligations by arranging a replacement tyre.
At the same time, we want to clearly address your request regarding keeping the additional tyre free of charge delivered by the courier in the meantime. . We did not agree to this, as it is not justified in this situation. You have ultimately received the full order, and keeping an extra tyre without payment is not something we can authorize.
The replacement shipment is being collected, which ensures that the order is correctly settled with no extra cost to you.
While we regret the inconvenience caused by the delivery delay, the order has now been fulfilled and closed in line with our procedures, and no further compensation can be offered.
