My first and last time using Oponeo

My first and last time using Oponeo. I couldn't source my hankook tyres off any of my garages so ordered here 18th feb. I ordered 2 tyres in plenty of time to be delivered to my garage, only 1 tyre arrived so had it fitted. First phone call, I was told to wait it normally follows a day or two later, by the third phone call and customer service admitting its lost, I then was asked to email proof of non delivery by their claim dept?! No offer to ship a replacement tyre at any point. I contacted dpd who advised it was up to Oponeo to raise a missing parcel ticket. I chased them for over a week asking for a replacement then asked to cancel the missing tyre as still within 14 day cool off as I was now driving on a spare, finally got through to a different department who agreed to refund me. Absolutely awful experience and poor customer service. Just to note the reply below advising I was kept informed of what was happening regardingthe missing tyre- this is absolutely not true, I had to chase for information and constantly ring and email for updates, at least be truthful with your reply

Throughout the process, we kept you informed with updates as soon as we received new information from the courier regarding the shipment.
Unfortunately, situations involving lost parcels depend on confirmation from the courier before we can proceed with the appropriate resolution, which in this case was the refund you requested.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and understand how frustrating it must have been, especially when you needed the tyres within a specific timeframe. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us improve our service.

Tyres were dispatched promptly

Tyres were dispatched promptly but the website for the delivery company(GLS) could do with improvement. It showed that the tyres sat in an airport for about one week before being moved to the country of delivery. Oponeo followed up on my query and were great. They even rang to make sure the tyres had arrived as the couriers weren't able to confirm this.

Harrassment for Payment

Added tyres to my basket but did not complete checkout as changed my mind. I am now receiving 'Payment Reminders' and phone calls. I feel harassed

Couldn't track with dpd

Everything regarding oponeo was very good..but tracking link froze once the courier collected the tyres..it would have beeb 5 stars if I knew when they would arrive at my home..

Ordered 4 tyres Michelin with traction…

Ordered 4 tyres Michelin E primacy extra load s1 with traction A, 05308800066524,05308800066522
however I got a Michelin with traction B which found in Sidewall.
tires marked 1 FT WC 00YX 4724 were manufactured in November 2024.
Contacted claim support which keep asking me for stupid photo of delivery label, Sidewall , and Michelin label. The tyres were filmed and after investigating I didn't find original labels from Michelin. Later claim support confirmed that for EU the label not necessary. Checked from old tyres in my car and traction is A. Claim support decline change the tyres after checking with warehouse mentioned that it should be A and I don't need to worry about Sidewall... Interesting thing... So I paid for A, received B and they asking to return tyres to the warehouse for 15 EU for each tyre.... Disgusting service. Oponeo did not proposed a tyre replacement or a price adjustment to compensate
