Tried ordering 3 times in 3-4 months and they never actually ship anything. They try keeping your money until you hound them for a refund. Terrible company would not recommend anymore. Last year they were awesome now they are absolute garbage company

I am very upset with this company's customer service, 3 weeks ago, I placed my order for 3 items and only one arrived at its destination, they sent the same tracking number for the three items and only one arrived.
I payed $70 for the three items. I contacted customer service and the only thing they can give me is a $25 gift card that is useless because I won't be able to get my two stolen items. Don't buy from these scammers who don't want to take charge of the lost packages and they don't want to give me clear solutions.

First order went ok. Second order was damaged by ups and was never assisted to the point I had to do a charge back. Paid for shipping protection and was told to get my funds from ups. Ups damaged prior to delivery so told me to go to ekko vision. Took 3 to 4 days for every email and will never shop with them again if that is how they product their customers purchases.

Put an order in with Ekkovision for around $200 worth of apparel. A shipping label was created the next day. I then waited over three weeks from the label being created, and the order still had yet to ship. I requested a cancellation and customer service initially said they couldn’t because a label had been created, after an additional attempt my order was cancelled and refunded. I paid for expedited shipping and this was the result. I put an order in with Gym Shark, and the next day my order was shipped and picked up by UPS. I highly advise against ordering from Ekkovision, product will take weeks to arrive and customer service is a pain. Much better and more reputable brands available to order from.

Please don’t order from these guys I nvr got a tracking number they gave me a gift certificate that doesn’t even work my pants nvr came and I paid for fast delivery these guys are scamming

Ordered my items, first off can we talk about how it’s £60 shipping to the UK 🤦 fast forward a month after I ordered it still hasn’t been shipped so I was confused and emailed their support after about a week of waiting for a answer they tell me it was “lost in transit” and marked as delivered? what company does that if you lose MY items I’ve bought from your website and don’t tell me you think best action to take is mark it as delivered? It’s stupid. Another 2 weeks after this they finally shipped my items and then they delivered and oh my god this is the worst of it the Medium vests I bought fit like xxs nearly choked me out trying to get it on and physically couldn’t get it on (I’m a small-medium in other brands btw) and the medium joggers fit like XL? Like do you just not know how to size properly or? Don’t buy off this company the only good thing they sell is their lifting straps everything else is garbage and a waste of your time and money.

Purchased a tank top for my son and it was too small. So small that even I couldn’t fit in it. I tried to return it and got a lot of resistance from them. First , it takes about 4 days for them to respond to my emails. Then, they will not return if the shirt is not inside the original package unopened. It makes no sense for this type of policy, especially because in order to see if the shirt fits, the package needs to be open. Small company with poor customer support, I will not buy from them again.

I placed an order with Ekkovision on April 15th during their 40% off sale. On April 22nd, they created a UPS shipping label and sent tracking information, but as of May 11th UPS still has not received the package.

The tracking has remained stuck on “Label Created” for weeks, meaning the order was never actually handed over to UPS.

I contacted support and was told to “allow a few more days” while they investigated. That was over 6 days ago, and I still have not received any meaningful update, explanation, or resolution. Just vague responses asking for more patience.

At this point, it feels extremely disingenuous to take a customer’s money, create a shipping label to make it appear shipped, and then leave the order sitting for nearly a month with no movement.

I understand delays happen, but transparency and communication matter. If items are out of stock or fulfillment is delayed, just say that directly instead of stringing customers along.

Very disappointing experience.

I’ve had 2 orders that never shipped despite their shipping info saying they send out packages 2 days from date purchased. First order waited 2 weeks for it to ship and it got left at “Label created. Waiting to receive the package” I then cancelled for I had picked up alternative products elsewhere since it never shipped. I then decided to order some clothes hoping to not run into same issue but nope it was worse. Waited 3 weeks and was left at the same update. Asked for info and asked for a reshipment and was told it would be rushed out. It’s now been more than a week and still has the same update. I asked them what had happened they said “due to a recent sale things are delayed” despite now have been waiting more than a month for the order at this point. I’ve requested for the order to be cancelled for a refund for at this point I no longer want the product. Now seems like I’m being ghosted or I hope maybe somehow it actually gets shipped. In full honesty I wish it got lost in shipping cause I don’t want to dislike the brand but having multiple instances of this happening within the same year is just inexcusable.
