The make-up (moisturising liquid) from Eleante seems to fulfill the colour matching claim but that’s it. Despite saying it was made in Australia it comes from China. They lie with impunity. They initially tried to turn my order for one bottle into four! But I fought that through Paypal and won although I now have two bottles which cost over $A68. They took over a month to arrive. They are rubbish. I really am over online shopping from manufacturers I don’t know. Never, never,ever again.

Absolute rubbish, only thing that was true is it blended to skin tone, apart from that... Crap. They claim to be an Australian company.. Crap... Came from China... Don't bother, absolutely shit products

The website stated that delivery to Europe would take 6–9 days, but my order hadn’t even shipped after four weeks. I initially tried contacting them through their website’s contact form after two weeks without any updates but received no response. After four weeks, I followed up via email. Their order confirmation had stated that orders could be changed as long as they hadn’t shipped, so I requested a refund. To their credit, I received a reply the next day (on a Saturday), and the refund was processed within a week. I appreciate how quickly the refund was handled once I reached the right contact. Still, the lack of updates, the missed delivery timeframe, and the unresponsiveness through their official contact form were disappointing.

Took 6 weeks to process a refund acknowledging my parcel was returned. Then told me they refunded me but it takes 10 business days…. I followed up with x2 further emails- still no response. Still no refund.

By the way their stuff is lame. Loafers were size uk 11. At best were a 10. I can’t even remember the other item I bought but I recalled it being equally too small and pathetic. Great instagram pictures and marketing. Don’t believe the hype. Don’t bother. It’s poor quality products from China.

I purchased two pair of shoes from this online store via Instagram and the experience has been disastrous I thought I was buying English product priced in British pounds and the reality is is that the product was from China.
Furthermore the order promised to ship the shoes be at DHL and the delivery would take place in a few days.
The shoes came from China and arrived on August 29th which is basically 28 later then when I ordered.
I wear size 10 shoes but these shoes do not fit. Their size 10 is equivalent to an American size 8 and 1/2
I tried to return the item and all I have been getting are excuses. They are asking me to ship an item that came from China to the United Kingdom and I have to pay for the shipment although this package was routed via New York they are refusing to give me a US address to return the item.
I would not recommend buying anything from Eleante as you may end up with no resources to either exchange or get your money back.

Been 1 month trying to receive my package they say they are going under some issues and have stopped replying to me for 2 weeks and closed their instagram account. Scammers. I want my money back.

Never heard of this brand so I was sceptical ordering, but everything went fine. Shoes look even better in hand, got them delivered in 6 days.

Ordered quiet a few times already, only had issues once with my last order becuse it got lost. They quickly sent me a new package, great service!

Was sceptical as I dont usually buy shoes online, but given all the more famous stores had their loafers sold out I decided to give this brand a chance. I really like the softness on the shoes, also they fit true to size. The delivery could be slightly better.
