I have purchased several pairs of shoes now. Different colours and they fit fantastic. The white soles clean up well to.
Absolutely love them.
Highly recommend and an extremely fast efficient service.

I've been wearing these shoes for a few months now, and they still look as good as new. The quality of the leather is outstanding, and they are incredibly comfortable. I have wide feet, and these shoes accommodate them perfectly without looking bulky. I would definitely buy here again.

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered a pair of loafers which took a month to arrive. They are completely the wrong size, not even close to normal shoe sizing, even though before placing the order I looked at the size chart on their website. I have contacted them regarding the issue multiple times and they have just ignored my emails. I am now contacting my bank to somehow get the money back and submit an official complaint against them as they are violating EU laws. Please look at the other negative comments about this company and save your money and time!

This is a scam. They don’t deliver the order and don’t give refund. Be aware!!

The Loafers are FANTASTIC! Arrived a bit late, but for the price they exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a pair of loafers mid June to Germany. The tracking number (17track website) I received showed origin is China. The shoes never arrived and the tracking number simply stopped tracking the item. I wrote countless emails to eleante support email. Initially inquiring about the status and once I received no updates requesting a refund. Either emails have been ignored or returned with a meaningless statement that they will check. Its been 2 months, no shoes arrived and no refund given. I strongly advise against ordering from Eleante, this is SCAM

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a pair of shoes from them, they arrived 30 days later and the size is way to small. When contacted them, they offered to exchange, but I need to pay to ship back to UK ($50.00) and pay a duty. This site is a SCAM.

Bad experience
Bought 2 pairs of loafers in May, came very late and was too small. Returned them to have them changed to size 45. They were returned the 31-05 and had to pay duty €28,50.have not heard from Eleante 30-07

The linen shirt I ordered fit me small but they exchanged it quickly for a larger size, great service.

Cheap Goods for High Price

After ordering a pair of loafers, I firstly had to contact support to ask where the order was at within their process as I had not received any confirmation or movement after payment.

After 10 days and no response to my first email I followed up again asking for a status update.

They replied thanking me for the enquiry and to bear with whilst this was forwarded on appropriately.

Three days later after no response, I again followed up requesting a cancellation and refund to be actioned as it was now 17 days after order and no updates whatsoever.
This was replied to quickly saying they had "found out the package had been lost by the courier" so they would arrange a new shipment, and I would get an update the following day. They also stated they could not cancel as it had already been dispatched.

I then followed up (now over a month after ordering) with no confirmation of a second order at all, and I requested to lodge a formal complaint and that I would like the order to be refunded/cancelled/provided with instructions of how to return this at no cost of my own.
They offered me 50% off "future orders" to try and stifle this. All this whilst providing no update on the order itself.

Out of the blue I received the order one day after no response from the Eleante team. The shoes are terrible quality, and price does not reflect the goods.

After several more back and forths, Eleante's team have addressed me by the wrong name, are saying the returns process & cost is on me, and this needs to be tracked and sent through a tracking number (looking at other reviews they try to catch people out this way to not issue the refund). They are claiming this isn't part of their service requirement.

Horrible experience. Stay well clear. Not worth your time.

Order came quickly and nicely packaged. The suede on the shoe is even better than some high end brands I tried.

I ordered a pair of loafers for father's day but unfortunately it took too long to arrive. However after contacting customer service they were very helpful and assured me it's on its way but there was some delays. It arrived a little late but my dad has been wearing the loafers and he likes the quality, he said they're very comfortable and look premium as we've seen in stores other brands are too expensive but the price for these loafers are reasonable. Overall I am happy that I got these for him for Father's Day

Painfull refund process. My refund is taking super long and according to eleante my return package didn't arrive. The company I shipped with confirmed to me that the package had arrived at the Eleante return adress and that they notified Eleante, I also sent them an email reporting that the return package had arrived. Super painfull and frustrating experience to get my money back. Awful.

This company sell fake shoes, produces in china, with Chinese stamp. Very cheap( when you buy they are very expensive) and poor quality.

I ordered some loafers from Eleante, I was slightly sceptical of this being just another instagram/affiliate marketing scam, and it is.

The delivery took two weeks, then when it came, the "suede" loafers were more like cheap slippers.

I requested a refund and returned my item within a few days. At which point their "support" team stated that no refunds available as this item was bought on discount. All purchases have a discount so this is obviously their scheme for no refunds policy which apparently overrules the law and consumer rights.

Ordered from the US. Arrived within 6 days and without any extra unexpected payment at the border (price includes all duties and taxes). Ordered 2 loafers (brown and navy blue) which are both very high quality. Will definitely order again

I have now had 4 orders from Eleante and I absolutely love the quality of their products.

They have that extra level of craftsmanship on their Loafers which makes them stand out from other brands.

The fact that their packaging and customer service is also second to none is simply the cherry on top.
Would definitely recommend this brand.

Have used this brand for multiple orders now and product quality is always excellent. I had an issue with my order recently due to the courier and the customer service team went above and beyond to get my order to me the next day. Fantastic brand.

I bought the loafers and its exactly as advertised, really comfortable and a real treat for your feet.
