I’ve always had five star treatment from this company and excellent customer service. There choice of products you can choose is good, there’s devices for everyone from beginners to advanced. I have been a customer for years now and they are always my first choice in vaping and heated tobacco products. One of their staff was particularly helpful to me with a recent problem I had with an item not delivered but it was Royal Mail’s fault and not theirs.

I have ordered form this company at least once a month for many years. Every order has arrived next day with free delivery (minimum spend £30).
Pricing is competitive.

I had bought liquids for a long time without any trouble and was happy with the good service. In August 2024 I bought an Innokin Adept Zlide from them which was faulty out of the box. They did not make it easy to deal with a faulty item and I ended up repairing the unit myself (it was a faulty Z coil). Now, after just 6 months the battery is not holding charge for very long and seems to be slowly failing (it never lasted as long as the identical vape I bought elsewhere a few years back). So, for liquids they are very good as not much can go wrong.
