Can't understand the bad reviews! This company is outstanding! Customer service, delivery, products and prices... Can't fault them!

Have been buying here for years. Good company to deal with, decent selection. Delivery used to be quick but last few orders have taken ages to arrive despite offering Royal Mail 24. Have had to source elsewhere inbetween delivery which isn't ideal.

Can’t fault them. First class service from the get go. Easy to use website, super fast delivery. Highly recommended

The reply from ET UK implies that I was at fault and there was ‘miscommunication’; certainly no miscommunication on my behalf, instead there was misunderstanding on your behalf and my device was indeed disposed of as a result of a faulty clearomizer which was only identified as faulty after I attempted to use it on a new device and realised that it didn’t work. If I hadn’t have received a faulty clearomizer in the first place then the whole situation wouldn’t have happened. I’m left out of pocket due to you selling me a faulty clearomizer. Hence why I contacted you and explained the order of events in detail but sadly you didn’t ‘want’ to understand my communication. I repeatedly explained in numerous emails to you the order of events, so using the word ‘miscommunication’ is just a get out clause that you are hiding behind to not admit any fault. Rubbish customer service, rubbish customer care and rubbish reply to my review. Customers beware that if something goes wrong, they do not like to admit fault and make it as difficult as possible for you, hoping you’ll give up.

Dreadful customer service experience from what I have always believed to be a five star business. As stated in my numerous emails to you: customers only find out how good a business is when something goes wrong. And it certainly did with my last order from you.
Yes I got a replacement e-liquid and a nominal credit on my account as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ but that didn’t go far enough to compensate for the hassle and stress caused. Poor customer service and definitely not what I was expecting. Really disappointed with the outcome.

I have been using this company for the past year. Never had a problem in fact they are very cheap and very quick postage. However after receiving 3 broken vapes in a few months, the company are not prepared to exchange or refund me unless they get the broken device tested. PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THE EVER CHANGING POLICIES AND RETURNS.

Excellent service from this company and great price for my new vape's and the delivery was excellent also I placed an order on Thursday and received my order the following day 👍👌👍I will be ordering from this company again ..

Best company ever, i go back to them even if i can get my products cheaper elsewhere. years ago i bought a bottle of eliquid that wouldnt open they replaced it no bother. best marketplace for vape products, delivery is insanely quick it makes no sense how they are so fast. I often order at 5pm it comes before 12pm the next day... BEST COMPANY IN THIS INDUSTRY NO CAP

Prices are great, free delivery over £20. Prompt delivery. Had a couple of issues with disposable Vapes which I spend around £50 a month on, the issue with the odd one not working!….and feeling like you get the Spanish Inquisition if you try and get a refund ! So that aspect, very disappointing, however overall good in terms of value for money and quick delivery.

Got a great deal on a XROS 4 Mini with 3 free liquids and ordered it quite late not expecting next day delivery (past cut off time). However, received a dispatch email shortly after and the package indeed arrived next day. Outstanding service, and great prices.

However if you get a problem all they do is replace it.

I have bought multiple 10 motive batteries and the majority of them have failed after short use or arrived not working.

they seem uninterested in the quality problem of their stock so i have no interest in using them again and have moved to Vape2Stop.

Had a delivery issue and the delivery company were extremely unhelpful but Electrictobacconist.co.uk got it sorted for me within an hour and reassured me that I won't have the issue again. Their products are well worth the money, flavours exactly how they're described, they dispatch very quickly, and their customer service is top notch!

I have been ordering the Riot Connex pods from ET for a number of months now. Every order has arrived quickly and in suitable packaging, which is fantastic given that the delivery is free when you spend over £19.99. I bulk buy the pods as ET always have great multi buy offers on which makes an expensive habit much more affordable.
