I like the rug now that it has "settled down" following pretty tight wrapping during delivery, however it's not what I expected in terms of feel / quality. Seems to be lacking in depth compared to one... Toon meer

Helpful, professional company
After a bad experience with a different company, I contacted Elegance to be certain that the rug I wanted was in stock. The owner replied promptly saying it was, so I ordered it, and sure enough it arrived within a couple of days. The rug was good quality and at a very competitive price. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service I received from EleganceRugs.

Excellent all round experience.
Excellent rugs, service and communication.
Had almost immediate response to a couple of queries, easily ordered and delivered Within 48hrs.
Really nice rugs. We ordered two.
Had a small mix up with one package which they rectified immediately and had delivered the following day (but this was the delivery company mix up, not Elegance rugs.)
