The whole experience booking with Elegant golf was a pleasure.
They organised our flights, accommodation and golf.
They even extended our holiday for us while we were in the resort as it was so nice we wanted to stay longer

We stayed at the Tivoli (formerly the Sheraton) in Tenerife which we highly recommend as staff, acommodation and setting are excellent. It is well located between restaurants in Costa Adeje and Caleta both easily accessed via the lovely coast path.
Airport and golf proivate transfers were included and we were always collected on time by helpful smartly dressed drivers in a clean spacious people carriers.
We booked this January holiday in the previous October which is relatively short notice so our golf tee times were a bit late in the day. Annoyingly some were then changed to an even later time so we didn't complete a couple of rounds. We were given no explanation for this and Elegant didn't flag this up so we noticed quite late on and had to put a restaurant booking back an hour or so. That is the only black mark against Elegant Golf who were otherwise good and better than other golf tour operators

Sandals Exuma closed after we had booked a golf holiday and paid through our golf travel agent, Elegant Golf. Our pleas for help were ignored by both companies other than to inform us you will need to pay an extra $5000 for an equivalent golf holiday in the area. To cancel the holiday because our flights had been booked would be extortionate too. So avoid Sandals and Elegant Golf would by my advice, we have been stitched up beyond belief.

Our enquiry was dealt with efficiently by George who was personable and responsive to our questions at all times. We have not yet been on the trip but our booking experience has been excellent so far.

We stayed at Salobre Golf Hotel Gran Canaria, very nice hotel. Played 3 rounds at Salobre and 3 at Anfi Taurno.
Both good courses but Anfi is the harder and in a better setting, a must play. Flights, hotel, tee times and transfers all booked by Elegant Golf and as per normal everything was spot on!

The Company arranged our fantastic holiday to stay at the fabulous Rixos in Abu Dhabi. Everything ran like clockwork. From meet and greet and the airport to 12 days of Golf.

George Curtis handled our requirements in a timely way. He listened to me and did what he promised to do. Excellent customer service.

Prompt service, attractive proposal pitched at our level of golf. Smooth experience with transfers and tee times all nicely arranged. Excellent hotel.

The golf course is the main attraction at the Elba Golf hotel. It was in good condition and is mainly flat with water being the main hazard. The 18th is a weak finish off the yellow and white tees, clearly placed to protect the properties to the left of the dogleg.

The facilities are more than adequate with an intimate restaurant, comfortable day time snack bar and a piano bar. The service in the bars can be very slow.

My main criticism is that the quality of the menus is disappointing with, for example, a really good steak drowned in salt and salmon smothered in sauce. The breaded chicken was worse all bread and very little chicken.
The main menu did not change during our 10 day visit.

All the transfers were on time bar one, but that was easily resolved. The hotel was lovely and the food and service of a very good standard. The golf was also enjoyable.
The information and organising while booking and obtaining documents was smooth. Thank you.

Satifactory but lacked star quality. Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay not 5 star feel
Pros: Views of ocean, Excellent manager and staff, swimming pool area, desserts, convenient for excellent Taghazout golf course. Bus to beach.
Average: Rooms dated (some have been upgraded but not ours) Food OK but lacked quality (Had lot better buffets elsewhere. No fresh cooked options at dinner).
We also played Ocean Golf at Agadir but not worth the journey in my opinion.

Queries answered promptly and special requests made were answered quickly. We were travelling with others who were playing more golf yet changes for reducing one players golf days handled well.

Everything was organised really well, good choice of hotel with two good golf courses on site. The flight arrangements and transfers were all first class. Glen was more than helpful with his knowledge and advice. First time to use this company but we plan to use it again.

WELL ORGANISED TRIP FOR TWO OF US AT LATE NOTICE. HOTEL GOLF TRANSPORT ALL WORKED INCREDIBLY WELL OVERSEEN BY GLEN AND CATHERINE. WOULD NOT HESITTE TO USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.

Easy to book, great communication and a decent hotel and course.
The one stop for flights, hotel, golf and extras made this so much more convenient than other agents.

This was our first time using Elegant Golf Resorts for our dream trip to Dubai and we weren’t disappointed. From start to finish Jakub and Catherine made the whole process so easy and stress free. Any queries we had were always answered promptly.

I will definitely be using them again when we decide on our next big adventure.

Booked a weeks golf in Turkey with Elegant early in the year. I started having concerns after the Elegant customer representative moved communication to WhatsApp. Contact a senior member of of staff who informed me that this was not protocol and the representative was dealt with. Unfortunately this had an effect on my initial choice of hotel and airport which resulted me having to fly from Bristol instead of my local airport Cardiff.
Once I arrived in Turkey I was contacted by my transfer and pick up operator Joe who work for Matrix. Simply the service provided by Joe and Matrix team was fantastic from start to finish.
When we arrived at the hotel the room booked by us by Elegant was nothing short of shameful we took the manager to the room and asked him if he would stay there he said no? We were given another room. Both Ben and Catherine of Elegant golf worked hard to resolve the issues prior to my trip and I was even given a complimentary round at the Gloria new. But overall a difficult experience
