First of a course of sessions
I heard of elevatione through a previous promotion and after meeting the very knowledgeable team last month, I signed up for 10 sessions. I had my first today with the lovely Stacia. She took the time to explain all the steps of the treatment as well as giving me a detailed aftercare plan. She was very well informed about various skin types and how to tailor her approach in response. My skin definitely feels smoother and fresher already. I'm looking forward to our next session.

Very bad services
Very bad services. We paid the 5 star price but got the very very low services. When we doing the treatment at PIK, the BA suddenly come and with the angry face and the highest tone open the door and said "why do you so long do the treatment? This is only trial session for you. How much did you pay ur package of skin treatment? This slimming only trial for you. The attitude so rude. How the management think about it? We are customers and we've paid expensive price not free but we got the rude services.Treat us like we are the thiefs. Actually we already show the package treatment that we paid are included Free slimming. And every time we do the treatment we feel stress because the BA and the branch manager like dont care and ignore us because we bought from other BA. Management Elevation replaces the previous rule of BA rotation in each branch and now changes to a fixed position. we live near PIK so we do treatment at PIK and have to see the treatment of BA who stays at PIK. Is it true that the elevation system is a treatment per BA? if it's only per BA. Does the customer have to receive uncomfortable treatment if the treatment is in a place where the BA at the beginning of shopping is not on duty?
I hope the top Management Elevation concern and do the action for better improvement.

Today I had Sidra for hydrafacial and my skin feels amazing. I came into the spa so tense and stressed after work and she really put me at ease and took the time to really educate me about my skin. She was so patient and the service from the moment I entered was impeccable. She really took the time to answer every enquiry I had and I’m extremely impressed. The facial was out of this world. My skin has never felt so refreshed and hydrated. I left with youthful and radiant skin and the information I learnt today will stay with me for the rest of my life. Thank you elevatione and Sidra for the amazing treatment and looking forward to seeing you again next month

Such an amazing place to visit, best experience. They took care of me and made sure I knew exactly how to maintain my skin at home and how the treatments will work on my skin. All the employees are lovely and they all have good skin. I really saw some results today and I recommend any Black women or Asian women looking to improve their pigmentation to come here.

Customer service is terrible!
Your customer service is terrible. Just because I left you my contact details to register for a beauty treatment in the future does not give you the right to contact me every week by phone and harass me with sales offers. I kindly declined your spa offer / facial I saw on Instagram as I learned it was not suitable for my skin condition. Despite my conversation with your "beauty" consultant ( aka pushy sales consultant ) and asking her to remove me from the mailing list, I still received harassing calls with offers which I believe is actually now a data breach. I have also blocked your number and this morning received another call from a private withheld number from one of your sales consultants again trying to sell me a facial. She even had the audacity to hang up the phone on me halfway through my discussion with her. I really have no words! How on earth do you claim to be in the beauty and wellness world is beyond me??!!...Your approach is 100% incorrect. You stress your clients out with pushy sales tactics instead of properly nurturing your client base and making them feel relaxed and pampered. Please rethink your marketing and sales approach as its a big reflection of how people will perceive your business moving forward.
Paige was absolutely lovely
Paige was absolutely lovely. I actually came away having learned a lot from her and (this is not always like me…) I have listened and put into practice the advice she gave me. This was the first beauty treatment that I still feel and see the results of 5 days later. I think this maybe down to the electro magnetic part of the treatment. Paige was so professional and knowledgable and excited to put my programme together. She was also fun and kind and passionate about her job. I would definitely book to see her again. Thank you!

I had high hopes for this machine, unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Once I realized it was completely useless, I called and expressed my experience. The agent at Elevatione told me to give it another couple of weeks. I did, still no change but THEN the return policy had run out!! Save your money!

My complaint is about how I was treated…
My complaint is about how I was treated in a place of relaxation - in a luxurious spa.
I would give no star if I could. On the 4th March, I went into the shop with a delay - I was booked at 7 pm, and I got there at 7:20 pm. I know I was late - I was running throw the underground station to reach my appointment due to my work being dependent on my clients.
I have a liver transplant. Therefore, me running is a considerable effort.
So, I knew I was late, and I was expecting to be told that I would not get my treatment. I was hoping, but I was aware that I was very late, and I was ready to accept that I won't get my treatment.
However, I was "welcomed" by receptionist Sara very aggressive from the moment I got into the shop. I was in the door, and she started telling me off even before I got to the tilt.
I wanted to communicate with Sara. However, Sara was determined to put me into my place. Considering her attitude, I decided I did not want this type of harassment anymore. I am an adult, and I do not need to be put in my place. I told her that I wanted my refund.
She got annoyed and started to call me "honey" and "dear" as we were friends in a very condescending way. I told her that I wanted my refund. She rolled her eyes, took her phone, called a supervisor, and went away from the tilt. While waiting on her mobile, she said, "this is ridiculous".
She talked with someone and said they would call me at 12:30 pm on Saturday, 5th March. Nobody called me. I called the Elevation shop - nobody answered.
During my conversation with this Sara lady, there was a client - another lady and the lady who was supposed to do my treatment. So I had two people watching our interaction.
Sara continuously raised her voice at me, and I told her to stop it two times.
The first time I asked the client if Sara was raising her voice at me, the client said," I am sure she is trying to help you" - therefore, the client was excusing Sara's behaviour; she was aware that the voice was raised. There is no need to explain someone's behaviour unless they do something wrong. Sara looked at the client and said "thank you" to her as in I am crazy and I am imagining that I am raising my voice.
The second time Sara raised her voice, I asked the lady who was supposed to do my treatment if Sara was indeed raising her voice, and the lady was trying to explain to me why I could not receive my treatment as it would take too long and it was very late already.
My complaint is about how I was treated in a place of relaxation - in a luxurious spa.
I want to emphasise: this complaint is about how your staff, particular Sara in this example, treated me, a client who paid a lot of money for spa treatment.
Your Terms and Conditions are favourable to you - to take the money and once the contract is signed, I found out your limited availability for bookings as you are always overbooked. I was not able to get my money back. And now, I cannot take advantage of my treatments because of your limited available times. Also, I have been in your shop five times until now: the first time was when everyone was incredibly sweet and lovely when I signed my contract. Two more times when I was treated like garbage. One time this year when I came in and was told that everything would be fine and I would be treated well - so a neutral experience (this was the first time I did my first treatment) and the last time when Sara decided that she needed to raise her voice and put me in my place. Out of 5 times, you treated me: once in a very serving matter(you got my money), another time neutral, and three times like garbage. This type of treatment is from a "luxury Spa".
Because I will take advantage of these treatments - I will not throw my money out of the window - I will write a review each time I get into your shop from now on, and I am sure that this trend of you treating me like garbage will continue.
From now on, I will record my conversations to prove to the internet how you treat people after you take their money. I do not feel safe, and I expect each encounter to be verbally harassed.
And I believe you are doing it on purpose to take the money and not offer the "luxury" service you promote.
