I have my treatments with Wirayani, I rate her very highly. I feel that she is honest and very thorough.
These treatments are not cheap, but I do think that they are good value. My treatments include nano fractional radio frequency microneedling and IPL light treatment. It is painful, not a relaxing treatment (although sensitively delivered), but the results have been amazing for me. I was getting pretty down about my marionette lines, nasolabial folds, heavy brow, other signs of ageing. But I feel like I’ve had a facelift, I feel years younger. I will definitely keep going with these treatments in the future, I think they are highly worth it.

I have been coming to Elevation time stop for a while and have been very pleased with the results with my beauty therapist Wiryani, she treats my neck and on my face. My facial skin and neck has lost its patches of redness and my skin is healthy it also has a fuller appearance and I have no wrinkles. The treatment enhances your own natural skin to get results. The atmosphere is relaxing calm and clean. Sometimes some facial treatments can be a bit uncomfortable but it is well worth it.

I recently had a face treatment and it was amazing!! Nertila my estheticion was great and knew what was doing to my face wich gave me a fantastic experience and results! I'll definitely come back!

My skin felt tired and dry. l booked an IPL and high frequency. Everything went great and l wanted to thank the sweet Nertila for treating my skin. l will be happy to visit Elevatione again.

I had a fantastic experience at Elevation on Brooke Street near Bond street.My specialist was so lovely and helped me for the whole 2 hours I was there.Sidra was so good and she made my skin look so nice and this was only my 1st visit.Sidra told me what she was doing every step of the way.Paige the head analysis was also so thorough with the knowledge they have.I definitely recommend this place.Thank you Sidra and Paige for being so welcoming also.I will tell others about my experience.

I visited Elevation for a skin rejuvenation treatment. I had Tribella done by the lovely lady Nertila which made sure l felt comfortable and understood the procedure. We decided to book another appointment next month. Looking forward :).

What an amazing experience, I've been to many facials but I fully give 100% to Elevatione for the experience they gave me. I feel fully rejuvenated and Sidra was great with so much knowledge, she put me at ease.

Wow. Just wow. Paige was such a lovely girl and I love the way she treated my face. When I woke up from the bed, I could not believe how much brighter my face looked and can’t forget the GLOW! 10/10. Cannot wait for my future treatments. I am looking forward to it!

Honestly had the best experience at Elevatione! Came to the clinic back in December was really uncertain about my skin I was unhappy for long time , then a met an called Paige she was lovely and helpful in every way possible, my skin has improved so much I’m definitely more confident in myself and would suggest people to come here to see long term result. Page really had all the knowledge about the treatments and skin and would definitely recommend here if your planning to come here!

Absolute scam! I saw an add on Instagram for £50 hydro facial. Of course I was pleased to book them facials usually cost around £200 !

The lady called me the same day sounded nice and booked me in for the next day- she told me the entire appointment will take 2 hours . 30mins for skin mapping / consultation and 1.5 hours for the facial.

Got there and was told to make a payment first before my facial began... the therapist Victoria spent over a hour and half talking me into packages and how bad my skin was in the machine. I know it's not that bad at all, the pictures exaggerated it so much that any vulnerable person would have fallen for this scam looking at them photographs and be robbed! The package the woman was pushing me to buy there and then was £4600!!!!! I told her I cannot pay such an substantial amount at the spot and I need to think about this and talk it over with my family. She kept on was pushing me and didn't seem to care for my own situation. She was so pervasive that My face was in need of it and then offered me £2500 package and put me in a awkward position when she took me to the reception desk and asked me to pay for £259 deposit m. I told her let me think about it please while I have the facial I paid for. The facial was HORRIFIC!! She was so rough and I actually felt pain on my face. She did it as if she didn't care and like she was pissed of with me for not paying the deposit. No care went in at all I felt slapped up! Let me add here the entire facial was only bloody 20mins!! Which I know this was not a hydro facial AT ALL!!!!!! I have gone to great places though your paying a lot you get what you pay for and it's usually a great experience this woman was just angry that I couldn't pay the deposit before the facial ! They are scammers and all the positive reviews you hear is the staff or their friends do not fall for it. A real honest place would never force you or make you feel uncomfortable. They don't make you feel so insecure in your own skin. SCAMMERS. I'm so glad I was not naïve but I will always read reviews of a place now before booking an appointment and going . The £50 hydro facial was a scam and definitely sounded to good to be true. It doesn't even deserve a star! Says a lot about this country that scammers like them can legally operate and not face any punishment! AVOID THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE CONNED OUT OF YOUR MONEY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I fell victim to the exact same pushy agressive sales pitch that I have read on trustpilot and parted with £155 plus the £45 facial promotion. I then was persuaded to take an instalment plan despite me saying that I couldn't afford it. The exact same sales pitch was used on me and I was told my skin was 10 years older , severely pigmented and damaged than my actual age and therefore this treatment was a way to reverse this and was a 'real investment for life.' Her response to my shocked and upset expression was'oh bless you'.
Paige, who was initally friendly obviously has her sales pitch down to a tee as what she said to one of the women in the previous reviews was word for word used on me.
The problems really started when I went for my second treatment which was going to be carried out by their 'top therapist' when I was expecting the girl who had spent the two hours with me , and had sold me her 'I am your personal contact, call me anytime I am your special therapist' pitch etc when now I realise she was just a sales rep. The receptionist actually lied and told me that she wasn't working that day yet turned up in the treatment room 'to learn and observe'. I then had my face cleaned and my skin started to react, turn bright red and started tingling. I do not have sensitive skin and this has never happened with any product I have ever used. (I'm 57)The therapist then spent the next half an hour trying to calm it down with cold treatment, blue led light and a gold mask. I was then ignored at the reception despite being visibly upset as I was going on a date. My face did calm down, but when I got home I decided to cancel my plan as I was unhappy with the whole experience. I have since spent alot of time calling, emailing and still nothing! I was even asked to provide photos of my skin which of course I hadn't taken any at the time. This was actually irrelevant as I was in the 14 day cooling off period regardless of what happened to my skin. I have contacted my bank now but there is £155 for which I have received nothing. Looking at the dates of some reviews on line they obviously don't care and are still using the same tactics as they did 5 years ago!
And elevatione - before you reply with your standard reply: I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES 3 TIMES to resolve this matter. I am still waiting...

I received a call to confirm my booking. I informed the person over the phone that I was booking on behalf of my mother because she is not fluent in English. I was then denied service for no other reason than that I wanted to take on communications to make my mother’s life easier. When asked for an explanation of why exactly this was an issue, the lady had nothing to say and when I said that this was an issue and discriminatory I was told that suddenly - after clear communication the whole time - that she couldn’t hear me and there were technical issues. I find this very unfair and cannot understand how in this day and age someone could be so blatantly discriminatory. I think this boutique needs to desperately step up if they want to widen their customer portfolio in the very diverse London. If you are someone who is not white and English presenting, I would not recommend this place is you want to avoid being mistreated.

Very poor service towards the end of my treatment. They took over £5000 from me over 3 years ago. COVID happened. When everything went back to normal, they got new clients. All of their attention goes to them and we get left behind. It is a waste of money. Please don't get sucked into their promises of new younger looking skin etc.... you could spend your hard worked money on other better things.

On Saturday I had a lovely session with Stacia. I had microneedling done. Stacia was so professional and knowledgeable. She made me comfortable and took me through all aftercare that I needed to know. I was very happy with her treatment. Would 100% recommend.
