I went along to the £45 offer and then signed up for a course of treatments worth about £2k, I have never had a beauty regime and at 64 I was beginning to think my skin needed some sort of care all I did was wash my face with cold water and apply high street moisturising creams any make to be honest and I never used to cleanse at night. Well over the past 4 or 5 months I have been having treatments by Elevatione and I have to say my skin is looking much improved, the dark patches around my cheek area is fading, the lines across my forehead are not as pronounced, my skin looks brighter, my therapists I've had 3 I think (I am sorry that I cannot remember their names) have all been absolutely lovely, advising me and kindly guiding me on how I should maintain my skin. I have indeed found some of the treatments painful they have adjusted for me each time but I've accepted that due to the nature of some of them there will be discomfort. Yes they try and sell me products and yes I agree they are very expensive but the decision lies with me whether I buy or not so some months I buy other months I do not. I have no complaints, the reception is spotlessly clean and the treatment rooms I've used about 3 of them is exactly the same. The young ladies on reception are well groomed. I am contacted every month before my date to find out if I am attending, I have no problem with that I have a busy life and sometimes I forget things. Thank you Elevatione for improving an older woman's face!! See you in an hour for my next session.

This is a scam, over-priced products, the spa staff are not fully trained.
Was very disappointed, felt cheated.
I paid 6000 ringgit for basic products.

Great service by Irena a very qualified therapist at Elevatione- yes some problems with calling them to book sometimes (I agree with the other review on that). But treatments are wonderful, effective and v professional.

Trying to get through to Elevatione by phone and Email no success! Can anyone shed some light on this Company? What’s going on? Should I be worried had some treatments, but there are a considerable number remaining and wanted to cancel as I have a problem after the last session but no answer from phone calls and Emails not deliverable as email address stated as invalid!

I had excellent treatment by Nertila , she took great care on my skin needs, dark circles and fine lines. The treatment was very relaxing.

Laibah was very professional great explanations of the analysis of the facial scan. Great facial with a lovely gentle touch.

Very happy for my third treatment today and my therapist is Nertila. She is very good and she explains everything about the treatment. Very accommodating Worth the money.

I booked a promo deal for a facial for £59 in which the consultant carried out an extraction. I let her know during my consultation that my skin scars easily and unfortunately for me the extraction scarred my nose and I am left with a big black scar for the world to see as a result. I generally do not like to wear makeup during the day but now having to wear concealer/foundation to cover this. The facial itself was lovely and as a result of it I signed up for a further 4 treatments the consultant recommended to me to the tune of £1800 or £134 per month which I signed up for. I noticed the scar on my nose 4 days after and I lost confidence in the service they could provide to me. I also asked for a breakdown of all the services they would be doing which she said she would email across which also didn't happen so I actually cannot remember what the 4 appointments would have consisted of so again I lost confidence. It just started to feel like I was given a hard sell and realised too late. So I checked my contract and I had 14 days to cancel which I did so within 10 days.

Here lies the other problem. I have emailed customerservice@ elevatione.com 12 times in the last 4 weeks to cancel but they are so far dragging their feet and taking weeks to even acknowledge my emails, being illusive regarding cancelling it, putting telephone appointment s in my calendar to discuss and not calling. I cancelled the card transaction with my bank and can see they are still trying to charge my card but not responding to my request to cancel.

If you are not 100% sure then before signing up to any treatments then I would suggest waiting a few days, don't sign up to anything on the day because if there are any issues or you wish to cancel then it may be a lengthy process.

I really enjoy and she mAke it perfect, my skin is more better than before.

I shared my concerns, seeking advice on a private Facebook group that I belong to. It turned out that 2 other people in the small group had exactly the same complaints!

Their treatment package is a fraud!
The service has zero integrity!
Customer care goes from 100 to 0 once you sign the contract.
Their positive reviews here I believe are mostly paid for!
They don't answer their phone because they are trying to avoid complaints and confrontations about their poor services. Yes, they are well aware of what they are doing there.

They might not give you the treatment you paid for and you will not know it unless you ask many questions which they will still lie about, that you will have to have your wits about you to deal with these people.

I was recommended an 8-month course of a treatment package costing thousands altogether. However, in 4 months, I was treated with simple micro needling which cost a tiny fraction of what I paid for. I later realised the package they recommended was even unsuitable for my skin after a patch test by LYTSA left a burn mark on my skin where everyone points it out!! This burnt patch also itches on close contact with warm water. Elevatione said the issue will clear up with time but I still have it -since June! On consulting another therapist elsewhere, they confirmed the burn is 90% permanent and will require some treatment to make it less visible. I want my money back!

They lock you into a contract with an unreasonable 2 weeks cancellation grace but you don't even start the treatment until week 8! You do a patch test on week 4 and observe for any side effects for another 4 weeks by when it's too late to cancel.

They allegedly give you free products if you buy some other expensive product. It turns out that you pay for the free product anyway. I returned a product I was reacting to and I was asked to return the accompanying free products too, they were a package! When I insisted, they offered to replace it with another product that costs a tiny fraction of the cost of the product I was returning and they won't refund the difference. When I requested to speak to someone else, they insisted the decision is final and there was no one else to talk to. I called the store the next day with the hope of speaking to someone else more reasonable, I have since called their store uncountable times to no avail. How do you run a business without answering the phone? I also sent an email asking to speak to someone, it's been 4 weeks now and I'm still waiting for the call.

I had a wonderful experience today with Elevatione and my personal therapist, Laibah. I used a promo code to come here and no regrets: my first experience with modern technology was a fantastic start. Laibah was very professional and knowledgable about skin analysis, skin health and gave plenty of advice on what should be my route to better skin health and better looks. I will come back again!
