Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Customised treatments according to the skin type and thoroughly enjoyed the services.

Today I had appointment with Valentina .I’m very happy and relaxed after the treatment which was very professional.Valentina she has very professional customer service she gave me excellent knowledge on the products and treatment.I am feeling very happy and i will be back any time soon .

Was seen today by Valentina, i was anxious at first and unsure about the procedure . She was very welcoming, friendly and bubbly. She is well experienced and knowledgeable when talking me through the treatment and about the company. She answered all my questions confidently which put me at ease and the result was truly amazing. I am happy that i had her and happy to join the Elevatione family.

I had a fantastic time at the clinic. My therapist Valentina was really sweet an knowledgeable. She was able to address my skin concerns and to recommend me treatments for them which I would seriously consider.

I have 2 times with Daniela and I had incredible treatment which is called nano fractional. It’s little bit uncomfortable but she makes me relaxed and feel absolutely safe. She’s a very good therapist and kind person. Highly recommend this lady to everyone who’s looking to improve their skin expectations. Looking forward to my next treatment only with my therapist Daniela.

I had a lovely treatment service done by Wiryani ,she gave me one of the best customer service I have experienced and even gave me a lovely head massage as I was suffering from headaches. Also received good advice on how to treat my skin and recommended skincare products and treatments that will be beneficial for my skin type. She is truly a gem!

I am very impressed with my first Elevatione session with Valentina, who took the time to explain the Nono-technology used in delivering the treatments deep below the skin's surface. It makes such a difference when one understands a process that makes logical sense and as a result, I have booked a package of future sessions, with the intention of booking further treatments to maintain this super facial.
The therapist makes all the difference and I am grateful for the short relaxing nap.

Wiryani gave me amazing treatment, she explained to me what is the best for my skincare needs at the moment, also explained what l need in further for my skin care to get the best benefits and improvement. I’m very happy with Wiryani service . I will strongly recommend her as professional skin care.

I burst in to tears when I left the “salon”.

An ad popped up on Instagram. Seamed like a good deal, so I called and booked. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot I called to cancel. I was somehow convinced the bad reviews are from another salon that no longer exists. I didn’t quite believe it, but the guy on the phone was lovely, so I thought I will give it a go. Of course, after reading the reviews, I thought I am prepared but oh God was I wrong.

One star is for the girl (I will not name her, as I believe she is just doing what she is told) who clearly memorized all the materials from the training manual. She started the speech by saying she is the best one there, number one and I will be in good hands. One by one I was told how much is wrong with my skin. It all felt like a bulldozer was going over my positive thoughts and emotions. The speed she was laying it all on me was incredible. None of that was personal. None. It was like everything was from a handbook and she had a time limit to say it. I was of course presented by a solution. Series of treatments that would cost me £2000. £150 a month would be the plan. Or £1500. My choice of course.

When the treatment started, I was told numerous time, that due to how bad my skin was, she would not be able to use most of the products and equipment on my skin for the facial. Every time she put something on my face, she warned me saying it will tingle, even though it never did. It all seemed very careless.

Bottom line is- no matter what someone’s skin is like, or their concerns, OMG make it at least sound personal. Have a little compassion. Not everyone can afford £2000 treatments, but those peoples still deserve some respect.

Even though I thought I was prepared for it all, it somehow still seamed brutal. For someone who rarely cries, I was holding back tears in the treatment room, as she kept repeating what I have already heard. I simply could not hold any longer when I left the salon. And no, it is not a clinic, as much as they would like to say it.

I am not saying the products would not work, or that the treatments they offer are useless. Not at all. Simply sharing my experience and opinion that the sales procedure is awful and if you do decide to go, I hope you will be luckier than I was. Good luck.
