I had the pleasure of being treated by the lovely Paige. She did a thorough skin analysis ad then talked me through the best treatment for my skin. The fa I’ll was lovely and my skin feels soft rejuvenated and healthy. Will definitely be back.

Shafted by scammers, waste of time and money!

Avoid going to Elevation Times Stops Mayfair for a promotional ‘oxygen gold facial’ at all costs. If something looks too good to be true it usually is; this saying doesn’t apply more to their £45 facial. I saw their promotion on Instagram and Facebook and thought it looked like a good deal, I was wrong! First red flag; constant calls pressuring me to book an appointment. They lure you in with this promotion, it’s how they get people through the door. Second red flag; they made me pay up front for my treatment on arrival. As other reviews have stated the facial lasts no longer than 15 minutes and the rest of the time is spent hard selling their annual membership (2 hours). Third red flag; their bs skin analysis algorithm will tell you that you look much older than your age and the only way to prevent ‘horrendous ageing’ is to pay £4000 for their yearly package or your face will fall off. I was told I looked 40 (I’m 34), told I had awful sun damage and asked if I used to smoke (I never have). Even aesthetic doctors in Harley Street would not pressure you into a binding contract like this or be so rude and offensive. Nobody working there is a trained medical professional - I wouldn’t trust a word they say, they are only interested in selling their products and not concerned about individual customers. When I said 4K was a bit much Paige spoke to the manager and said they would offer me a discount; 3k split over 12 months. Fourth red flag; was when they said this deal was only available for the day and I had to commit on the spot to this ‘once-in-a-lifetime- deal’. I felt pressured into signing up to get them of my back so regrettable I did. Fifth red flag; as I was leaving the therapist was desperate for me to write a Google review and then actually sat me down with my phone to do so. This is clearly how they have so many positive reviews as they bully people into writing fake reviews. I left with several Elevation products and felt physically sick and guilty when I got home as I never planned to commit to a yearly contract. I couldn’t even tell my fiancé as I felt so embarrassed and ashamed. I ended up cancelling my contact two days later, I had to pay £900 for the products I had used. They are not bad products but in my opinion overpriced for what they are; there are cheaper options on the market that are just as effective. The irony is that the promotional facial was not even that good; they wash your face with their soapy products, apply a gold mask, serum and creams and that’s it - nothing I couldn’t have done myself at home. None of my skin concerns where addressed. I have had much better facials in the past elsewhere. The promotion should be the selling point for their products but it was very disappointing and my skin looked exactly the same after the facial and consistently using their products. I am surprised companies like this exist as they verge on unethical. I do not agree with the way this company operates, the have very little integrity. They only care only about selling and making money. I would save your pennies and go to a reputable spa or Harley Street where you will be treated like a human being and not shafted by a bunch of scammers! Please read the reviews on Trust Pilot before making the same mistake I did and throwing money down the drain!

Just completed my first treatment with Patrice which was absolutely amazing. She talked through step by step all that she was doing and took great care to ensure I was comfortable. Really happy with the service today and would 100% recommend Elevatione

I had been experiencing acne or Maskne as what we call it nowadays due to frequent wearing of Face Mask. My face has been experiencing nonstop outbreaks.
This beauty boutique has made a lot of difference, and Wiryani has been very professional and efficient on her job as she always explains what procedure/treatment she will provide and gives professional advise.
The place is clean and spot on.

Wiryani, has been doing my treatments for the last few months and I can see an improvement of the texture of my skin. She recommended a deep treatment which is quite intense but it has shown that it was the best treatment for my skin. Really enjoyed the head massage as well.

Had a lovely facial with patrice. She is super friendly and extremely funny. Really enjoyed my treatment. The best one so far. Can't wait for my next appointment.
