Extremely disappointing experience as a first-time customer with Elite Ambient Interiors due to customer experience, lack of professionalism, colour of the item, extremely uncomfortable dining chairs. Initially, communication was prompt, and delivery arrangements seemed smooth. However, on delivery day, I was dissatisfied with the colour of the dining set, which was significantly lighter than what was shown in the pictures. While I understand lighting can affect appearance, the assembly staff did not pause to address my concerns. Instead, they rushed through the assembly, which felt unprofessional. I appreciate they would’ve had other deliveries to do but I was never informed that once the dining set was assembled, I would be unable to exchange or return it. They took pictures as they left and went off to do their next delivery. When I raised my issue via WhatsApp, the owner responded but failed to resolve the problem and acted ans if he doesn’t know the courier guys or that they’re part of a team Instead, he blamed me for not reading the terms and conditions. While I know it's important for customers to be aware of these details, it’s equally the business's responsibility to communicate them clearly, especially for large purchases.

I was extremely disappointed with the tone and lack of professionalism in the messages I received. After feeling unheard, I escalated the matter to my bank. The owner then accused me of lying about the delivery, insisting everything was fine and undamaged and that he has proof. I clarified that my issue was with the colour not damage, and provided proof to him. Yet, he continued to argue rather than address my concerns. Ultimately, I decided to resolve the issue with the bank myself the next day, as I didn’t want any further communication with this business. It’s very clear to me that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and lack the necessary skills in customer service and communication. I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone. It’s unfortunate that we cannot give zero star as a customer.

I had ordered a luxe 4 chair dining table. And it's really good and the quality is also good.

I can't recommend Elite Ambient Interiors enough, the service we received was amazing. We wanted the dining set to be delivered before Christmas and it arrived in just 2 days from ordering.

Was a little sceptical about buying dining furniture online without seeing it in a shop.Spoke to someone about deliver times and I was told 1 to 7 days which was excellent for me. Ordered Marble table and 6 chairs, they arrived 4 days later. The delivery men were friendly, and as I paid extra to have the furniture built they were very respectful and soon had the table and chairs built.
I am happy with the choice of table and chairs ,they look lovely in my dining room.

I bought Arianna 1.8M white marble table with 6 chairs. Their sale assistant have spent hours to help me decide which one will be perfect for my home and assisted a lot till purchase and delivery of the product. I got my delivery super fast. Product is best. 100% satisfied. Highly recommended

Received my order of two marble lamp tables from Elite Ambient Interiors and discovered it was the wrong size. It should have been 50x50cm but they were 60x60cm. After contacting them they came to pick up the wrong one delivered the right size. We have now built them and are absolutely delighted with them. The company couldn’t have been more helpful in putting a wrong to right. Will definitely recommend.
