After been let down from another company ordered dining set with Elite ambient interiors they made sure that they would deliver within the week, I am so happy they delivered after three days and they had assembled it also they were amazing. I had the most immaculate dining table and chairs the quality of dining set is beyond expectations love My dining set . Great communication they kept me informed about the delivery. Definitely 💯 would highly recommend buying from this company.

I would like to update my review. Since i have been contacted and new part sent out issue all rectified and correspondence whilst new part sent out has been great. Initial issue was the part wasn't in stock and unfortunately I was a little late in finding this out which is the reason for the initial review

Beautiful dining set delivered to my house .reasonable price for high quality furniture.

I recently bought a dining table with 4 chairs.

Ashley gave us an amazing deal plus the service was quick also he helped us the assembly.

I will be getting my sofa from him and also going to refer him to my friend and family.

In reply to the previous message. You are a big liar and fraud. I have all the evidence with me.

Do not buy from these guys they will take your money then when you return the chairs and provide them with proof of delivery from DHL they pretend they don’t have them, complete cowboys!!!

And they keep pretending that they don’t have the goods, yet the goods were delivered to the exact shop and address they provided me with, so DHL took an image of the shop they delivered the goods to and it matched exactly the image the seller had provided, so the lies they tell just get worse and worse, DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Have now started a civil law suit to get the money back, as all the proof is there to say they have the goods!

The delivery took 25 days! But i am very happy with the product! They even gave me an additional discount ! Amazing company, buy with confidence.

Wrong delivery date told it was going to be on a Saturday. The started blaming delivery company. The table and chairs turn up on a Monday and bolts are missing from leg table they start blaming other people again. They were only speaking to guys that were trying to build the table. The delivery gentlemen told me this happened lots before. They then posted me the leg bolts and try to send one guy to build it up and told me I had to help. I have also promised a small £80 refund and now they are ignoring me. Please please do not buy from this company they service quality is shocking

They communicated with me and asked me how I would like my product to be delivered. It was delivered with care and I am loving it gracing my dining room

I ordered a set of 4 chairs, I asked to reschedule the first delivery date given as I wasn't home. They agreed on the new date, I heard nothing on the day so reached out, they replied in afternoon saying they couldn't find the item in the warehouse. They then tried to place blame on me as I couldn't make the first delivery date, so basically they took my money and then said the items were in stock but not now due to the delivey date change, so they sold them to someone else? They never replied to that when I questioned them. I've had my refund, but wasted my own time for no reason as they clearly didn't plan to deliver the items on the day anyway. Would not recommend, look elsewhere
