We have booked several cruises with Elite now and have been absolutely delighted with their exceptional service. Both Francesca and Stacey have gone above and beyond to help us. We had two issues which Stacey resolved for us. The first with visas (which were our responsibility to organise) in mid cruise. Stacey responded to our plea for help over the weekend and immediately stepped in to elicit the appropriate confirmations from the destination hotel and voila! Problem solved. The second was when we lost a piece of luggage and again Stacey dived in to help us, contacting the ship on our behalf and yet again we felt in safe hands and the luggage was found. I have never experienced such wonderful service. Our emails are responded to almost instantly and we are always kept in the loop and up-2-date on communication. We wouldn't even think about changing travel agents now. Elite are the only ones for us!

I am probably the longest serving customer and happy that my sometimes difficult attitude is always dealt with cheerfully and very efficiently. We have become close friends despite having never actually met.

We have booked almost 100 cruises through Francesca and that speaks a thousand words.

I love planning my own trips, finding the best hotels based on location, price, and ratings, exploring cruise itineraries, and researching flight options to put together a great plan fitting in relaxation, exploration, and visiting friends all over the world. Always dealing directly with all companies, except hotels.
After having been to 55 countries and done 17 cruises, with two more planned, I decided to reach out to Francesca. I’m so glad I did. Within a week we had managed to book three more cruises for this and next year. One for me new cruise line, thanks to recommendation from Francesca to look into this brand based on what I told her I like. Stacey, handling this booking, went above and beyond to cut me a good deal as loyal to other brands.
Both Francesca and Stacey haven been absolutely fantastic, given me some great advice on different options, and handled any questions quicker than one could expect. They don’t just sell cruises and answer question, they love what they do. There’s personal touch, humour, and professionalism in a magic mix.
I highly recommend working with them, planning your dream holiday. I sure will continue doing so.

If I could give Elite Cruises 6 Stars I would!! Francesca & Stacey are beyond wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Very fast attentive service from two extremely knowledgeable & delightful ladies. I would never go anywhere else to book a cruise. If you’re reading this I suggest you do the same. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

We have used Elite Cruises for a good number of years and always had excellent service. Francesca is very experienced particularly with cruises which is where our interests lay. She is very knowledgeable and has been able to point us the right direction for all our needs. We will continue to use Elite Cruises going forward.

First time using a cruise specialist to arrange our latest adventure, we usually just book direct with cruise line or arrange ourselves.
A big thank you to Stacey and Francesca for keeping us organised, cheerfully answering my queries promptly and dealing with all the booking and flight issues so we avoided all the incumbent frustrations that can arise when organising trip.

Came on to this cruise expecting a luxurious 10/10 room, but instead I was met with an unclean room with towels everywhere and plenty of hair around the room. Despite this all was going well until I lost my left sock in my bathroom. The staff were completely unhelpful in finding it and were terribly rude to me when I insisted I couldn’t find it. Poor service and would not recommend ( at least if you want to keep all your clothes )
