Francesca is truly magnificent! She is efficient, knowledgeable and we wouldn’t book a cruise with anyone else. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Francesca is amazing! She has booked 4 cruises for us now and always finds us the best deal. She goes above and beyond when there have been any issues and is able to directly deal with the cruise company for us to ensure we have a stress free holiday.

We might not be Francesca's usual clients as we are a young family looking at family friendly cruises but this doesn't hinder Francesca and she has been able to request everything we need to take our 6 month old baby on board for a stress free holiday.

I wouldn't consider booking with anyone else. Francesca is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.

I’ve have been working with Francesca for the last 10 years since I joined Silversea. Over the years we have developed an excellent working relationship as well as a lovely friendship. She is a strong minded lady who’s not afraid to speak her mind and can be truly pain sometimes. However I have to say, I have not met many travel agents like her. She fights for her clients and makes sure she phones/emails us as many times as necessary to get the best deal and best service for her clients. She knows our product often better than I do and has an overall impressive knowledge of the industry and is a quick thinker.
