My order didn't come. No communication whatsoever if it does turn up I'll be returning because it was supposed to be a gift, and I've already sorted another bottle from somewhere else now.

Appalling customer service- delivery Times stated not honoured, one response from 3 emails sent. Now instructed my bank to reimburse. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering.

Scam website - do not use! Ordered 2 weeks ago. Product hasn’t arrived, no response to emails, telephone number does not belong to elite drinks. Reported to TS and getting money back from card issuer

Product hasn’t arrived, emailed them to see if it was dispatched, they said that something had gone wrong and asked if I’d like a refund, I said yes to this but I haven’t heard anything back since. Very disappointed as this was meant to be a birthday present!

If I could give no stars I would.
I'm quite certain now this is a Scam company.
i placed a order over 2 weeks ago and did not receive

Called the number on their website and got a company saying they are not elite drinks.

I received the wrong bottle and it took ages to come! Such a shame as this was a father day present! Still haven’t had a reply to my complaint!

I haven't received the order I placed on the 14th of June despite paying express delivery. That would be bad enough but I have had no reply to any of the emails I have sent. I will never use Elite drinks again.

Stolen my money! I purchased a bottle of vodka and it never arrived. I have had to take this up with my bank. Elite Drinks do not reply to you and are scammers

Been trying to get in touch with them regarding my order as it's been 8 days since my order and not heard a thing I have sent emails and still no response from them. Really poor

I haven't received my item yet and have had absolutely no response from emailing this company. Very annoyed as clearly this is a useless company if it's even real. Will be reporting to Trading Standards if my item doesn't arrive soon

Placed an order at the beginning of may and never got it,sent them a emails about it and they hardly responded.got told they would send a full refund about 2 weeks ago & was told that I would get it within 5-7 working days. I’m still waiting to get it.
There phone number that’s on the website isn’t the correct one instead it’s a phone number for a compete different company. I’ve emailed them a number of times and getting no response. There customer service is very bad

Placed an order on 07/06/23 for a birthday present and paid for standard delivery (2-3 working days). I emailed on the 13th June as I’d not received it and the tracking information showed it hadn’t been dispatched yet. It’s now the 19th June and I haven’t received an email back and I haven’t received my order. It still shows on tracking the order hasn’t been dispatched. The birthday has been and gone now, and I’ve since ordered it from somewhere else. I don’t even want the whiskey anymore, I just want a refund. Do not order from here if you actually want to receive the product!!

Ordered a bottle of skepta Havana club it came well packaged. a fast and efficient service I’ll definitely be ordering from them again

Ordered a gift for Fathers Day a week before. Paid for express delivery. It’s now Friday and the item hasn’t been shipped. Tried calling customer service and the office is closed. Appalling service. I will be requesting a refund.
