Not had a delievery confirmation nor have I recieved the goods.

ordered from this company off the website on the 13 May expecting delivery 3-5 working days and still haven't received my order.

I have emailed on three occasions and haven't heard anything back , my father owns a very large company with over 115k registered customers plus all social medias which this company will be getting slated to. I expect a response when I have spent money and also paid for delivery of the items to receive them via a certain date.

If know one answers my email or review seen as the phone doesn't get answered I will be requesting my bank to take further action.

I placed the order on Saturday afternoon for 4 to 5 working day delivery paid £6 for delivery I still haven’t received my order when I try to track my order it just says order the money has been taken from my account I got a order receipt but said I would receive another email when my bottles were dispatched I still have not received my order been 10 days now I tried to cannthe number puts me on hold for few mins then cuts me off I left a message plus send few emails with no reply looking into this in more details

Absolutely an abomination of a company, I have never dealt with such a bad company as this, still waiting for my order for over a month and there lack of communication is the worst I Have ever come across.
I am at the poi t of taking legal action with them.

Ordered on 02/05 paid for 14.95 for delivery in 2-3 days and it is now the 21/05 and I still haven’t received my order. The number on the website is incorrect. Emailed 3 times no response. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never ever use this company again

Extremely poor customer service!No one bothers to reply! I made an order on the 29.04.23 and the company hasn’t dispatched it yet! I had to contact DPD and they confirmed that they have only received the parcel data information and not the physical parcel!!! NOW I MUST DISPUTE my money back!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I also cannot find them on the map!!

Not heard a thing about my delivery. Waited over 10 days now.

I ordered a bottle of Hennessy on the 14th of May takes 2 to 3 days to arrive as I paid £7 for delivery It is now Friday 19 may still no Hennessey ordered this for my partner which is his birthday tomorrow now I’ve got to go out and buy him something else Company is a joke sent a number of emails no one gets back to you you try and phone them and the phone number is actually for a finance company it’s not even the correct number I have no way of getting in contact with the company And I really don’t know what to do now would not recommend buying from here

Placed an order for express delivery. Taken the money, no delivery received. Phone calls not being taken and no response to email. I suspect the company may have gone under.

I ordered a big order 2 weeks ago and still not received it, I have emailed 3 times and got one response saying it was going to be shipped out but still haven’t got it

It is nine days later and I've still not received my package. However the sign up process and payment was easy. I haven't yet received an update about my upcoming delivery.

The fact that i have to question if I’ve been scammed or not should say it all. Placed my order, paid delivery, and nothing. It’s been over 2 weeks now and it’s not even been shipped, I’ve emailed the company and heard nothing back. I’m just waiting for 2 weeks to pass since i emailed them and then i can get my bank to try and rescue my money for me. Don’t buy anything from here, even if they are genuine, it’s not worth the risk of having the same as I’m going through

Placed an order a week ago haven’t had no confirmation about my order tried to contact customer service though email still no reply been waiting 72hrs, and to top it off the number on the website I rang went through to a garage? Moral of the story save your time and DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It's obvious that this company is one of the worse examples of online retailers out there. My experience is the same as everyone else's - goods ordered - not delivered on time - order partially cancelled. In my case though they refused to refund me even when I returned the partially delivered order.

You do have options:
Chargeback & Section 75 for credit card purchases.

Look them up, see which applies to your purchase - and take your money back. I did.

Ordered a gift for my uncles birthdays and never received it tried all the emails and they all got ignored I had to get my bank to get the money back because they totally ignore you so please save yourself mass disappointment and never buy from this scam ignorant company.

Placed an order for delivery to be in two days, Which I still haven’t received. It’s now been two weeks,tried contacting the company couldn’t seem to get through to anyone, even sent emails no response and now there seems to be no website. Don’t waste your money here.

Ordered online. Two weeks later - no sign of product. Website apparantly unavailable. Emailed fpr advice and queried order. No response. So have paid for a product i didnt receive.

I wish had of read the other reviews before I placed an order with this company. As many other people have stated order not received, the website seems to be unavailable also now. Don’t hold much hope of getting order or refund, chalked up as lesson learnt.

The fact I’ve ordered a present for Mother’s Day and it’s not even arrived and you’ve taken my money.
