Excellent workmanship and customer service! I had an urgent need to get a floor resurfaced prior to renting it out and Mike was able to squeeze me in at short notice. The quality of the work was exemplary, super customer service. Highly professional and would absolutely recommend.

Firstly, Elite Floor Maintenance were marvellous with their customer care. They really communicated well with me. The guys who came to sand and resurface my large maple wood kitchen floor were efficient, highly competent, tidy and extremely pleasant.
The job itself took all morning but the resulting finish is absolutely superb.It is better than when it was new. We are absolutely delighted with it and the charge was very reasonable too. Win/win.

Elite Flooring have recently restored flooring in my property and on a second visit to quote for a job I didn't even realise would be possible they have completed in such a way you wouldn't even know it wasn't part of the original hallway! The quoting process was prompt, the work carried out quickly but attentively and amazed with the results

Parquet flooring restored, very pleased with the results. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys who did the work, very efficient and tidy, would definitely recommend.

The guys at Elite were excellent from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous and clear in all their communications. They came a surveyed the floor before offer a quote, and gave options for additional works as asked. They also kept to the agreed schedule, but most importantly, they did a superb job of restoring my parquet floor. It’s amazing, it looks like new!

A terrific job - they made the old floorboards in our house look absolutely fantastic, as well as going above and beyond by fixing various tricky bits that needed attention. Incredibly polite, great communication and completely professional - they exceeded all expectations.

I had a oak floor restored back to new condition and they also laid a new oak floor to match in another room. Helpful from start to finish, arrived on time to quote, helped me with different options and the guys who worked on the floors were very professional and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, excellent experince, can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service from Elite Floor Maintenance. I am really happy with the way my wood floors have a new lease of life. In one of the rooms we had the remains of an old fireplace which Mike and his team were able to replace with wood. It looks seamless now, you’d never know that the old floor was there!

Their service was excellent, they arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They also took the time to give us a range of quotes for different finishes so we had options to choose from.

We used Elite Floor in the past and found their service impeccable, so when we needed a large area of flooring installed in our new house, it was a no-brainer. Sadly, although the floors were installed, they didn't consider adding trims as part of the job. When we explained that we now have a pest problem with mice getting through the unfinished flooring (not ideal in a house with three small children), I received condescending emails stating that trims were not part of the quote and that I should read the small print. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered to come out and do the work, but we would have to pay for their fuel. Having already spent thousands and dealing with antagonizing emails, we gave up and are now facing another bill and waiting time for someone else to come out and finish their unfinished work. It's a shame that greed has taken over what used to be a great service.

Elite have completed 2 projects to refurbish the original wooden floor in the Manor House on our main site. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently and the end results look amazing. I intend to use them for future projects in the Manor.
