I was looking for a company that would lay noise insulation under the existing old pine floors, fill up the gaps in between floorboards, stain and polish them off after. Michael is very professional - prompt to reply on WhatsApp and available for conversation over the phone when we needed a bit more explanation. Him and his team gave me plenty of advice and even helped to sand and finish outdoor bar top. All the issues that we had were sorted in a proper manner. I am very pleased with my new floors and they look stunning. All the guests comment on how good our floors look. The only thing I would say the finish is not as hard wearing as I would hope as had some furniture delivered and some floor boards have bad marks even though delivery guys were actually careful. Other than that - great job and if I need to do any other areas in the house, I would not hesitate using Elitefloor.co.uk

Our oak lounge floor was beautifully brought back to life by Elite's thoroughly professional work. They worked hard and very effectively, sanding down and rewaxing the floor with no mess. All sandings and any rubbish was whisked away and nothing was too much trouble. Well done guys.

Super easy to contact plus super quick, tidy and efficient when they arrived! Floor looks beautiful. Tried our best to sort some severe floorboard lifting after a leak ourselves but just couldn't do it, these guys came it and made everything beautiful again.

Hired the company to investigate my wooden floor which had lifted slightly around the downstairs toilet door. Accepted the day rate as it couldn't be determined what the issue was. Engineer attend my home and resolved the issue within an hour and only charged a callout price. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Superb service
We had our wooden kitchen floor refurbished - sanded, loose areas fixed and gaps filled then finished with a commercial Matt lacquer. In total nearly 50m2 and all completed within one day at a very competitive price.
The team, Piotr and Karol, arrived early and worked hard throughout the day.
I cannot fault the service we received from initial contact to job completion.

Mike & the whole team at Elite are simply the best. They arrive on time, work super hard all day, clear the mess as the go & produce the best quality work. They know how to achieve the very best result. Having had floors & landings sanded & limed the house took on a completely new stunning appearance. Fantastic job from start to finish. Punctual, tidy and polite. Left with keys to our home and within a day my hall floor was resurrected to its former glory . I would not hesitate in using this company again.

The Elite Floor Maintenance team did a FANTASTIC job sanding and varnishing my kitchen floor this week. They were professional from start to finish; arriving before 8am as requested so I could handover and leave for work, contacting me during the day with photos of how things were progressing and providing varnish options, moving heavy pieces of furniture, removing kick boards so the finish was excellent and putting everything back in place. What's more there was no wooden dust anywhere!! They did me a good deal and I would certainly use this company again. Thank you.
