Delighted with the renewal of our 100 year old oak living room floor. This was a difficult job, with many loose boards on a concrete floor, all very dirty. Elite were quick to respond and made a site visit. Piotr and his team in two days have fixed the boards down, sanded and levelled them. They took great care to get right to the edges and corners. The beauty of the oak can really shine through now. We knew we had a beautiful floor hidden under all the grime, but hardly believed it could look this good again. Many thanks! Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Elite Floor Maintenance highly enough. They were quick to respond to emails and really helpful before the work was done. The two guys who came to do the sanding were prompt and really hard-working. They sanded two upstairs rooms and a landing, within 5 and a half hours and left no mess at all. The floors look absolutely amazing! Excellent value for money.

Our solid pine kitchen floor was badly scuffed after 35 yrs of use. We got a quote quickly from Elite Floors to sand and re-seal it was and as it was very reasonable we accepted and arranged for it to be done within a couple of weeks. The team arrived promptly, worked continuously and efficiently and finished mid-afternoon.
It looks very good and there was no dust or mess at all. We were delighted with the results and would be happy to recommend them.

I had been looking for some time to have my hall floor renovated. I found Elite Flooring who were quick to respond giving me a quote that was reasonable with additional explanations of what may be needed. The invoice was in line with the quote but the workmanship was second to none and well worth the money. I know have a beautiful hall floor.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with sanding the floorboards in our two ground floor rooms and hallway. They arrived on time, helped clear the furniture and got on with the job in a professional and diligent manner. Piotr and his team are just great. They have previously renovated my lounge and bathroom floors and so I knew they would do a beautiful job. There were a lot of floorboard repairs to do in the bathroom especially and Piotr did those personally and did an amazing job. Piotr and his team just finished renovating my bedroom wooden floor and again did a brilliant job, I’m really pleased. Just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did on our kitchen / diner floor. Piotr & Mark were very professional and worked hard to ensure a perfectly flat floor.

Some of the marks and stains were heavily ingrained into the wood in the cooking area of the floor but they were all removed and finished perfectly.

There was zero dust in the room or the house after they had finished. To be quite honest we just couldn’t under stand how they left the site so spotless after sanding a 40 Sq/m floor.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Elite Floor Maintenance Ltd as it provided some of the best quality and most cost effective works carried out on our project.

When Elite came to revive our tired floors they were definitely up against it! Huge gaps to fill and lots of sanding to do not to mention the house was freshly painted. We had a badly damaged engineered wood floor which was expertly sanded, stained and lacquered by Piotr and Co of Elite. We are extremely happy with their work which was completed in a day. Would highly recommend them.

Peter and his colleagues came to give us advice on old wooden floors, a newish water damaged wooden floor and an original parquet hall floor.
