From day one, Alida at Elite Renewables made the process easy. We had planned some major renovations - a double storey side and back extension. Alida walked through the plans in detail and made best use of space to ensure that the home would be designed for our family in mind. After 10 months of renovations, we are back in our amazing home and couldn't be happier with the results!

Elite Renewables installed an Air Source Heatpump in my house last year, to replace the previous gas central heating. They stood out among competitors by quality, range of choice, professionalism and understanding of the issues involved in such a relatively major and complex project. And they did not disappoint! Elite Renewables did their best to minimise the impact of the installation on my home and their friendly and dedicated team explained everything very well throughout the process (and I did have lots of questions...).
I am very happy indeed: the new system performed well and smoothly throughout its first winter and beyond. And it is very quiet, too. Thank you, Elite Renewables!

We have just had a 3kW solar system installed by Elite. The work was done well and in a considerate manner. Everything internal was done very neatly.
At the design stage, we knew what we wanted, and the designer came to see us to discuss it in detail. There were several iterations to the process and the design is now just what we wanted.
We are pleased with the performance of the system.

Elite were excellent in helping to navigate the world of PV panels and all the varous options that are available. Mark was excellent un communicating in a very quick and efficient manner. Every email question I sent he get straight back to me quickly and efficiently.
The actual team that installed the pare were brilliant. They were always on time, polite and curteous. They were also able to answer all of our questions whenever we had any.
The only aspect of our experence with Elite that could be improved, was the on-site survey where the plan was to come and see how many panels we could fit on our house. The survey was far from thorough, as we ended up measuring parts of our roof ourselves, then had a panic a week before they were meant to start as it turned out we could get an additional 6 panels on our roof. Fortunately they had these additional panels in stock otherwise it would not have been ideal. Other than that they were great and would highly recommend.

An Excellent experience throughout the installation. Initial advice on how to distribute the heat.
Advice on where to put the ASHP and correct size radiators for rooms up stairs.

Placed an order for a 100ah lithium battery late Tuesday afternoon the 3rd Jan 2023. Later that same day I was messaged and told the battery has been collected by the courier company.
The following day at 10h30 the battery was delivered to my door step here in Richards Bay. Shortly thereafter I was mailed by Elite renewable and asked if I was satisfied with the battery.
This service and speedy delivery needs to be commended. Thank you.

Elite is an excellent choice of company for installing solar panels. At survey stage, they are rather blue sky in their options. They are equally optimistic in timing of the project. In implementation they are excellent. Paperwork can be a bit haphazard but this didn't distract from the overall performance. The installation is working well.

Great support through the whole process of having my air source heat pump installed. All the way from the survey to helping with my RHI application, Mark, Lewis, and Jon were all really helpful.

My Valiant air source heat pump packed up at the end of Oct and was desperate to find a suitable replacement. Contacted a few MCS accredited heat pump installers for solution and quotes. Ellite renewables was the only one that came with an answer and organised to order, source and install a brand new heat pump system in two weeks just before the onset of winter weather arrived. The installation was high quality; much better than my old system. When we discovered a couple of installation issues a week after the installation, they promptly sent their engineer to come to fix the reported issues.

Very professional experience having an Air Source Heat Pump installed by Elite Renewables in London. They undertook a heat loss survey first, gave me options and have provided an excellent service. House is nice and warm, and bills are lower, heat pump is very quiet.
