Sam and Ollie were very professional in how they conducted themselves throughout the repair to my leaking water main. Even went as far as replanting a plant that was on top of the leak.

Overall an excellent experience of their work.
It was a difficult site for Kris & Brooke to work upon, but they handled it with aplomb.
Timely arrival, Friendly, I was kept up to date, cleared up neatly.
Only issue to be thought of is that of notifying neighbours if may be affected by work done (eg. Noise etc).

Chris and Brooke did a fantastic job of fixing our mains water pipe. As other reviewers have commented, they were friendly and upbeat - even though they were digging a big hole in 30 degree heat! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Adam and Josh from Elite carried out further urgent work on the very old water system in our very old house and ,as we have to come to expect, they were thorough, professional and very friendly.Special commendation to them and their families is deserved as the work was done early on the May Day Bank Holiday Sunday which allowed us to get on with our holiday routines on the day.

I was very impressed with the work of Adam, Charlie and James. They replaced a water pipe from the pavement to our garage. The work was carried out professionally and they reinstated driveway paving with barely a trace of their efforts. All the time they were friendly and kept me informed of what they were doing. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Utility Services.

Kris and Brooke (and another guy who's name I didn't know) were prompt, efficient, friendly and well equipped. They kept me fully informed along the way and carried out the job professionally. Very pleased 😀

Adam, Charlie and Oliver arrived sharp at 8am as agreed and did an excellent Moleing job, overcoming all the obstacles and difficulties they ran into. If you need a lead water supply pipe replaced I would strongly recommend them

Brooke, Kris and Josh were fantastic and they did a great job with the work they did. I suffer from panic disorder (which im sure they were unaware) and they made me feel at ease with what was going on and kept me in the loop with the work that was being done. Sam and Ollie were truly magnificent. They arrived on time, found the water leak and made good.
They were kind and courteous all the time and when they had finished the look of the driveway was better than it was to start with.

Excellent service from Kris, Brooke, and Josh. Replaced the water supply pipe with minimum disruption. Considerate, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely competent at what they do.

The team of Kris, Brooke and Josh worked very hard and completed our water supply pipe replacement quickly and efficiently, with the minimum of disruption to the slate tiling in our frontage and a very neat repair to the concrete on the side path. It wasn't the easiest of jobs and we're not the easiest of clients, but Elite met and even exceeded our expectations.

In terms of indoor disruption this was to us a fairly complex problem, however the engineers were able to lift wooden flooring to disconnect old rotted mains pipe and replace with new supply pipe and stopcock. the team were competent, professional, respectful and not least very tidy.
I would not hesitate in referring Elite Utility Services as an affordable understanding company upholding decent business practices.

Elite were referred to us by a conglomerate whose service in this matter up to then had been poor.
Kris and Brooke made up for those inadequacies with prompt attendance and a wholly friendly approach. They got on with the project of repairing a fairly major leaking mains pipe without a murmur or tutting about its complexity.
We expected to lose some shrubs in the process but they saved them and despite it being a "dirty" job left the area in good condition.
They worked well as a team with nil breaks and were the most courteous and friendly tradespeople we have encountered.

We just had Kris & Adam complete a pipe relay at our house and they couldn't have been better.

We contacted Elite Utility's sister company,SPS, about replacing the water pipe to our house as the flow was really slow. They took some details over the phone from my partner and gave us a very competitive quote, assuring us that no site visit was needed. We booked them in to do the work and Elite Utility turned up. The crew told us they do the work in the South and
SPS in the North. Of course, with no site survey having taken place there were loads of issues that cropped up that the work crew were unaware of. Well, the crew of
Brooke, Adam, Kris and Ouie dealt with all the problems with great expertise and kept smiling throughout. It was a messy job and they cleaned up the site nicely. I would certainly recommend Elite Utility to anybody needing this kind of work done.
