Complete scam. Services were never rendered, customer support is complacent at best and absolutely vegetative at worst. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

El panel esta sumamente bugeado, ya no es como antes, literalmente no he podido jugar y llevo con el Host pagado 3 dias, horrible, y debido a la gran cantidad de problemas no alcanzan a responder Discord, si pudiese, pediria rembolso, pero ni eso se puede

My negative review is mainly based on the poor customer service they offer and not so much on the Service itself. For various reasons (technical and otherwise), I had to contact them through their customer service from website (tickets section) and had to wait several weeks before I could at least get a response from their Staff. I am not saying that some things don't take time, but come on, at least be quicker in responding to your Tickets...

On the other hand, regarding the service they offer, I purchased a Minecraft Server and overall I can't complain although I would like to point out that during the period of several months that I was a customer of theirs, the host had a down period that lasted a couple of days, but I don't blame them since technical problems are always around the corner.

I will conclude by saying that if you are going to purchase any of their services, you should be well aware of the fact that you may have to wait days if not weeks

Support is super slow and thats really it. Prices are great and performance is not too shabby. BUT IF you are planning on making your server cracked i.e for cracked Minecraft clients like Tlauncher. I have a suspicion that they sell your server IP to some shady website.(I suspect this because many other elixernode clients I found online also had this issue when the used the offline mode. Because after turning off the online mode(meaning opening it for cracked clients), some random Indian joined the server and even after I banned him he was so dedicated that he installed a VPN to join back in and because he knew our names, he could also enter ignoring the whitelist (he could just change his name to ours to bypass whitelist). Longstory short we had to change all of our names and whitelist the server again. So if you are planning on cracking it then make sure to whitelist it from the start. Its been 8 days since I bought my server and still there is not reply from support and that gosh darn indian still tries to join the server daily!!!!!

Not recommend to use this host, It was very bad support service all the admin team is not responsible at all i have my server error and the Shubham guy have tried to fix it for me but it still not working, So he give it to admin team and the admin team is not responsible my ticket i was waiting almost a month and still don't get the support from admin team, I was paying my server for nothing, Please take care about your customer service it was very bad.

Is it happened only to me or anyone else, I don't know but I can tell you that I experience with this hosting service is terrible.

I bough 6GB Ram(200% vCPU) Premium Plan From Them That Cheap compared to other hosting services only at 10$.
Cheap thing doesn't mean it good
before I use this ElixirNode I use Exaroton that use only 4GB Ram(2 vCore) it Can Run my forge Server with 90Mods And Can rendering map with slow phase But not Crashing
But When it come to ElixirNode it keep on crashing
and don't let player in and i contact for support it take hours and they still fix nothing and tell me just reinstall the server, reinstall the version of Forge

I have had an excellent experience with ElixirNode hosting for my Minecraft servers. Not only do they offer affordable and cheap server hosting options, but their staff is also incredibly friendly and efficient. While there have been a few minor issues along the way, they were quickly and effectively resolved thanks to the dedicated support provided by @Shubham [T1]. I highly recommend ElixirNode hosting to anyone seeking reliable and cost-effective Minecraft server hosting.

Very bad support!!! I have been waiting for fixed error in my server for 3 day they can do nothing, They say i have to wait for the owner but no they don't answer at all. Their support team is terrible because I can't even get help there by the community without getting punished. (I have read the rules)

I've used ElixirNode for years to host a sizable number of different Minecraft servers. I cannot recommend their services enough due to the fantastic pricing and support from their team. I've only had to contact their support team twice and both issues were resolved quickly. Thank you Shubham for the help today!

If I could give less then a star I would they have the worst customer service I've ever seen all the discord is just people complaining about how they can't access there server or website or there nodes are down its ridiculous the freebies that come with there servers its bin almost 24 hours and I still can't acess them I've made 3 tickets on there website and 1 in discord its rather pathetic for a business

Staff Member: Shubham, he helped me though the way, I had some issues with a ticket and he was calm and helped me by making one for me. He was respectful when he messaged me. Overall I haven't met the guy. but he sounds like he is a really chill and cool guy.
