Great customer service and lovely items
Great customer service and lovely products. I bought and paid for my items, forgetting I wanted to order some other cushions. I emailed quickly, and wihin a few hours, Olivia responded and happily merged the order and refunded the additional postage I would have had to pay for two. The cushions came very quickly and were beautiful! Love them! Highly recommend Ellenvale Interiors.

Not impressed so far , purchased Tuesday now Saturday no update when
My order will arrive postage said 2-5 working days it will clearly be over that. Not level of service I would expect for such an expensive purchase

Purchased 3 x Chloe cushions which are…
Purchased 3 x Chloe cushions which are very pretty however sadly on arrival they had snags on them - not what you’d expect after paying £85. I contacted customer service with images right away but they weren’t willing to resolve the issue and said this was not a fault but a natural imperfection. If you are expecting no faults with your cushions due to the high expense then you may be disappointed like I was.

I absolutely love the cushion covers that I purchased and moreover the customer support that came with it when I was exchanging or returning products that weren't 100% right for me. The quality is incredible and I can't wait to shop with them again.

Awful!! Do not expect any customer service if you have any issues. Wouldn’t refund, exchange and very abrupt to deal with. Awful service.

Fabulous
Fabulous, quick service with prompt response on a bank holiday when Royal Mail created an initial problem. Items received and they are really great quality and look fantastic. Will definitely order from Ellenvale again
