Great customer service
Ordered a lovely mirror, but after placing the order I realised the mirror was not wall hanging. I contacted MFI through the website and received a call within 2 hours from Stephen Rodger’s, who was able to confirm my issues with the mirror and was able to quickly cancel the order before it was discharged. Great customer service. Thanks

This was actually a great customer service experience all round despite there being an issue with my order that could not have been helped, Victoria Mansfield was the team member to kindly resolve this for me with an absolutely A star service, it feels rare these days to have somebody being so great at customer service and I was really grateful for her prompt help and kindness.
