Victoria Mansfield
Victoria Mansfield followed up the querie I had concerning delivery of the rug, it showed on line as being out for delivery for 3 days before it actually arrived ! It was apparently lost by the carrier for two days but it has arrived now and is a bonus as it is so easy to clean and keeps dog hair and splashes off the wooden floor in the utility room. Thanks again Victoria for your great customer service

Difficult to order from overseas as a gift
Difficult to order from overseas as a gift to someone in the UK. The payment option did not allow a non-UK address as the billing address.
Would also be good if there was an option to include a gift message.

Lovely bar stools
Lovely bar stools, excellent quality and amazing price. Couldn't fault the stools and would definitely recommend, just felt let down by the delivery service. The date kept moving and they were held at the delivery company depot from Wednesday till the following monday which was only 8 miles away. I think the delivery service could be better.
