Delivered within the time, packaged in tact.
Bedding I ordered was absolutely beautiful fitted my bed perfectly and is a dream to sleep on. Would definitely use this site again intact I have just placed another order.

I have been dealing with this ongoing issue with my order. I finally spoke to someone from the team who arranged a DPD but said would cancel the last part of the shipment. However it stil got delivered now I am back to square one trying to chase and get in contact with someone to arrange another return for this last parcel. I will not be ordering from this website again. Want my money back !! Poor customer service

Amazing Customer Service - Victoria Mansfield
I had made a mistake with my order and submitted a message about cancelling the order and re-ordering. Victoria Mansfield phoned me to discuss this, and she was so incredibly friendly and polite. She helped resolve my problem without any hassle whatsoever, she went above and beyond and I feel so valued as a customer.
