It was good experience to learn my first part of IQA . The course and assignments are highly structured and the tutor Sana was highly experienced who guided me through out the course . Highly recommended if you want to learn all about IQA.

I had a wonderful experience completing my Level 3 AET through ELN. My tutor Farheen was always on hand with advice and guidance when needed, and assignments were graded quickly which made a huge difference in progressing with ease.

Some of the course content was a little confusing at times, but there was plenty in terms of resources and reading lists to be able to understand what questions were being asked.

I required extra time to complete my course due to some unexpected life events, and Farheen was able to pause my studies whilst I settled again, enabling me to pick it back up in a time that suited me and felt comfortable. As a result, I have completed today with a great sense of achievement, and am already considering my next steps for the future.

This was an experience, to say the least. I have just completed the level 3 award in education and training PTTLS. the whole process started early in 2023 I was interested in getting this qualification and looked up online how to go about getting it and came across ELN. the sales team was informative and led me in the right direction as I was not 100% sure and they could have tacked on a few things I didn't need at the time to bump up the price that was offered but not forced when I explained my plan I was guided in the right direction. the course was £280 which can be paid in instalments of £40 a month. my tutor Farheen was brilliant, helpful, and encouraging although there were times I was not sure what she wanted from me workwise I put this down to myself and being in a completely different field of learning than I am used to and with different formal language both from the tutor at times but mainly from the course work itself had me a little confused but once I was honest and spoke with my tutor about this it was ok. the course I feel could have been worded better and used simpler terms again this could be that it is the language of a teaching field something I am not used to. the course was self-paced which was great. the tutor was great i thanked her at the end for all her help and understanding. you get 6 months to complete the level 3 AET which is ample time provided you structure yourself to complete this and not waste time which is easy to do given that it is 6 months and with the things of life that happen. I completed a lot of my training then had serious and ongoing changes in life occur which played on me however I was still able to buckle down and smash through the remaining units, not an easy task. I would recommend ELN to others and would look to book on again in the future looking to get other qualifications however you have to remember the onus is on you to complete the work and make the time before committing to anything as understanding as my tutor was it is still a business at the end of the day and there is only so much they can help with.

Because ELN was simple to use and self-paced, I also had the good fortune to have Sana Farook as a tutor, I heartily recommend the Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance course. I did have a nine-month completion window, which is plenty of time. I received support from the tutor that exceeded my expectations, and I always felt confident and inspired the constructive feedback from Sana was excellent. The course material includes a wide range of pertinent subjects and thoroughly prepares the learner for advancement, should you desire it. It is reasonably priced and offers the choice of monthly payments.  Sana has my gratitude for outstanding tutoring and mentoring.

I highly recommend ELN based upon the fact it was easy to navigate, self paced and I was lucky enough to have a great tutor, Farheen. The course I took was Level 3 Award in Education & Training PTLLS, you have up to six months to complete which is ample time. The support from the tutor was beyond my expectations, I felt encouraged and confident throughout. The course content covers a relevant range of topics and fully equips the learner for progression should you choose it. It is well priced too with the option of paying monthly. They are the top of their game. And my thanks go to Farheen.

I had an awful experience if you would even call it an experience.
I paid for the course and did not complete due to many issues.

The support isn't good either, I asked for help as I was suffering with personal issues and they advice a break. I recieved no further communication other than me asking when I should return.
Sorry I should of started with when I first enquired about a course I looked on facebook and was I felt pressured into the course becsuse I was given offers but those offers came with strict deadlines. I had already mentioned I couldn't afford etc.
When I returned I didn't have much time left.
I had opened and completed some assignments but no modules.

I was still suffering with personal issues and felt it would be best to suggest ending the course and receiving a partial refund as I paid £800 and can't come away with anything.
All during covid also. I had lost my job so this had an effect on the course as well as falling pregnant and other issues.

Due to my mental health it was left whilst I made my decision to which the account got closed.
I have since seen what i am asking for a partial refund is fair but I've been told I am harassing them.. Dispute being told to reply to the message from the CEO of the company.
I have asked for information regarding consumer act 2015 and been ignored.

I have had the worst experience with other issues with the course included as well as paying for a service I never received!
It has left me feeling mortified, deeply depressed that it was an absolute waste of £800! To then be informed I am harrasing!

Very easy system to work within. The information was provided in easy to understand sections and well presented.
The tutor feedback and assistance was provided in a very timely fashion.
Would recommend and would use the forum again for future learning.

I had a great experience while doing the Level 4 course. Sana, the tutor, was very helpful and supportive throughout the course.

The staff members in charge of my registration and the process of helping me through the study programme have been incredibly competent, kind, and understanding. I feel like I have a really skilled group of people I can rely on for help because of the variety of their experiences and degrees of expertise.

It’s a great experience with ELN. The teachers are very supportive and answer your questions quickly. It’s quite long and exhausted but it’s the best choice for the one who can’t do face to face.

The company were very good at communicating. The tutor, Farheen, was extremely approachable and helpful.
The information provided for the course was a good level so as not to overwhelm.

No support when needed. Just want to take your money but then left on your own.

I had reservations about opting for an online platform for my Level 3 PTLLS course, but I'm glad I did it and even more so because I chose ELN. The standout factor for me was my tutor, Farheen. She was nothing short of exceptional, displaying rapid responsiveness to any queries or messages. Farheen consistently provided constructive feedback on my assignments, always managing to find something positive to highlight, regardless of whether they required improvement.

I shared some information with Farheen regarding my motivations for pursuing the course and the timeline I had in mind. She was incredibly accommodating, promptly marking my work and delivering feedback, I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend this company. I found the website/course work easy to navigate around as everything was clear and accessible. My online tutor was extremely helpful and always replied to my questions in good time. I will return to ELN for my next course with out hesitation as I have had an excellent experience.
