As of writing this I have yet to receive my order. I originally placed my order back on August the 25th. I've emailed support countless times and the only thing I ever got back was an automated response. I understand that they have been in the process of changing suppliers but this is ridiculous. The automated email stated that they were also going to improve communication however I still haven't heard anything. I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt but this has gone on for far too long. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from these guys is don't. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them.

I wait nearly the half of the year to get my Order, but I think I will never get it.
This was sadly my first and last time I ordered something from Elohim Saga.

Placed my order on the 18th August, and have yet to receive updated information about my order. Was told there was manufacturing issues which I understand, however this was only relayed in October, nearly 2 months after I had initially placed my order. Have since asked for a refund, updated shipping information, anything to get an idea of where my order is.

Designs are great and fantastic, but a shame that the shipping/customer service is aspect leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered my two hoodies on October 9th. It’s now November 6th, and after complaining on wait times they finally sent it out yesterday. Since there was no rush on shipping, it won’t get here till 11/26. So the total time it takes this company to ship out TWO hoodies is over a month and a half.

Elohim Saga is an anime lover's paradise. Their selection of merchandise is extensive, and I can always find something that fits my interests. The quality of their products is exceptional, and their customer service is top-notch.

Jamás enviaron el producto. Me dieron un código "falso" de tracking que nunca encontraba el producto en ningún repartidor. Después de dos meses paypal me devolvió el dinero porque no se dignaron en dar respuesta (ni a mi ni en Paypal).

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had ordering from a company online. Took almost two months to receive my items and in that time I sent an email to customer services just to find out if there were any updates (I knew it was international so I wasn’t in a huge rush), but I wanted the items for an up and coming holiday. Received a response promising that the items would be shipped by the end of that week because they were changing warehouses and I’d receive a free shirt to apologise. I didn’t receive that shirt, and an item I ordered is also missing from the order I did receive so I definitely would never order from them again. I’m contemplating a chargeback through my credit card for the missing item as the last time I tried to email them for an update on my order I received a “mail undeliverable” response and it was sent back to me.

Way too late. and no support

Customer service has yet to get back to three follow up emails that I sent. My order hasn't been updated since it got shipped back in August. I understand that the company has been going through obstacles and hoops but I have no idea what the status of my order is and every time I try and get in contact with the company whether it's another email or social media I never get a response.

I didnt receive the Shirt after two months. Only lies.

I beg you, do not order from this website under any circumstances. I am already waiting almost three months for my order. Email was answered at the beginning and after a while a shipping number was sent. However, the tracking website says that the shipping number does not exist or the package has not been shipped. My last e-mails were completely ignored. I think it is a scam.

Have still yet to receive my order. Was ordered at the end of August. I have sent an email asking for an update. I got a response the first time I emailed saying they would update on package ETA. They have still not provided an update. Sent a follow up email asking for an update. Have not heard back and it has been a couple of weeks.

i still have not received my items- yet i keep getting emails saying review my items- also customer service sends scripted messages.

I Purchased a tee 2 months ago, never received it. The track number doesn't work. They deleted my comments on Instagram, lied to me by telling me they'll look into my order but never gave me a new track number/email as they promised to. They are not transparent and honest. I'm never going to buy from this website ever again. At this point, I just hope it's not a scam... I want my money back.

Promise within your means. If you can’t ship within 7-10 days then don’t advertise as such. You’ve had my order placed for over 6 weeks with no sign of any update or proof of sending it for shipping
