Still have not received my package from 2 months ago, no tracking number or anything, really disappointed

Roughly two months ago, I made a purchase of a tee from their store, with an expected delivery time of 5 to 7 days according to the product description. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

Upon order confirmation, I was only provided with a nonfunctional tracking number. After reaching out to their customer support twice, I received an automated response from the owner, offering excuses and a vague promise of free gifts. Subsequent attempts to communicate went unanswered.

This situation showed shortcomings in their customer service, product description accuracy, and notification system. I had to initiate contact to discover the delay, which should have been their responsibility.

Stay far away from their store. They're good at advertising, but they're better at scamming people, deleting comments about complaints, not responding, and neglecting customer satisfaction.

P.S. I still haven't received my order.

Mi pedido ha tardado 3 meses en llegar. La atención al cliente es mala. Dijeron que debido al retraso iban a enviar una camiseta de regalo y es mentira, son unos mentirosos.

Además, he tenido que pagar 5 euros por la aduana.

Y la camiseta no es oversized, las mangas y el torso son muy estrechos.

No volveré a comprar y no recomiendo esta tienda a nadie.

I placed an order on the 25th of August. As of October 9th I have yet to receive it. They responded at first to one of my emails, saying they'll give a free surprise for the wait. After that, no more email or Facebook response. They deleted my comments on their Instagram post (twice) where I complained about the order.
Do not buy from them, just a waste of money and useless stress.

Company ignores your emails I’ve been trying to get it touch about my order as I still haven’t received it. Emailed multiple times all still ignored

wow. what a TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered a shirt two months ago and have yet to see it. While these two months keep going by, I get emails from them asking to rate their product. would give 0 STARS is possible

THey wrote me several emails after I never received my order about how they would promise to give me a free shirt for the wait and how they were changing suppliers/shippers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOUR EMAILS.

Appalling - don’t bother buying from here. Placed an order in May and at time of purchase they had some decent reviews so not sure what has happened since then. They authorised a return& refund on the basis of the items being too small, so I sent the items to the address provided with proof of delivery. Didn’t hear anything for around 6 weeks then a parcel arrived with two more t-shirts in a size SMALLER, despite having stated that the previous ones were too small and I wanted a refund, not an exchange. Sent these back too, also out of pocket, and again requested a refund which has not come. I have followed up numerous times over the last 4 months, sometimes receiving assurances of a refund that does not arrive and sometimes being completed ignored. Almost laughable how poor and unprofessional this experience has been; as stated in my last email to them, if they didn’t intend to offer refunds then they should state this on their website, and I wouldn’t have bothered with ordering from them.

one star because less doesn't mean anything, I ordered a t-shirt on August 12th and it still hasn't arrived, if I sent an email to ask for explanations they always told me the same thing that they had problems with suppliers etc. The worst thing is that now they don't even respond to emails anymore. I've been asking for my money back for a week but I still haven't received a response. I won't buy from it again

Was told I’d receive a free t-shirt after I had to wait 3 months for a hoodie. Sent an email to ask where it was and got ignored, deleted my comments of Instagram and the new quality on the hoodies is awful.

It’s been 50 days for one “Ace” shirt. No updates, no help. Don’t buy from this store.

Usually i dont leave a review, but this was just terrible all around. To start of the shirts are very nice, good quallity. To bad it took more than 2 months to arive. Alot of false promises were made and that what pisses of me off. Just be transparent and dont lie. Dont say next week when its not next week (happened 3 times). Further more saying you’re gonna compensate people, to not compensate any1 is a low blow for me.

Where to start. They do get 1 star because the garms are good quality but that’s where the good part ends.
Customer service is the same automated email regardless of what you tell them, or just not responding at all.
Ordered on 01/09, received 27/09, despite being told it takes 7-10 days.
They delete comments on their IG that are questioning the awful service & wait times.
I can appreciate that sometimes these things cannot be helped however, there IS AN EXTENT & based on reviews dating back to july/august saying the same thing they were clearly aware of the poor condition the business was in yet chose to advertise their products all the same (in stock & ready to ship).
Also, they claimed I would be compensated from the wait time, but it was just an empty promise.
Massive shame. Won’t be buying from again, very stressful experience.

I mean i’ll make it short and sweet. Terrible replies to their emails, almost 2 months for the order to get here. They’ve recently changed their material and personally i think it’s worse than before almost like shein quality. Also was promised a extra tee for free because the order took so long but i didn’t get anything

Sucks because this website has some sick clothing but the shipping is a joke, if these guys wrote on their website how long it actually took to ship that would make wayyyy more sense then having to email each customer telling them how “sorry” they are for the delay. And Joshua the owner if you see this review don’t bother with the automated response bro lmao. I’m part of a anime review channel on YouTube and I think I will have to throw out a warning in one of our intros to the fans to not order from these guys because this ain’t fair to all the people spending their hard earned money on these delayed products.

I've used this company twice now and the clothes are great however the customer service and shipping was awful both times, the first time I put it down to a blip and was offered a discount code, the second time I've waited about 10 weeks and had message after message apologising with various different reasons before getting a shipped notification 3 weeks before getting the item. Again promised extras items and discount codes as an apology and didn't receive any of it. Won't use again despite the quality of the goods

It's been 20 days and I haven't gotten my shipment

Order from 8 August not arrived until now, the support is sometimes good sometimes don’t answer, now I have a tracking number from China Post that Doesn’t work, I think it’s not Scam I think it’s to much promises and to less Quality

Order still not Arrived (28.9.) Tracking Number is working but I only see transfer in China and not in Europe…never again!

Update 30.09. my order is here!!! And no extra Shirt like the Support say…quality of the shirt is very good but this support and the 2 month of delivery are terrible…
