The shirts themselves are really nice but my experience was terrible. I received a tracking number that didn't work so I never actually knew when my order would arrive and when I emailed customer service about any updates or a possible refund, I never got a response for that either. Maybe it was just a one off but it really ruined my experience and I personally wouldn't buy again.

Delivery time and updates were off by a lot. Took almost a whole month to receive my order.

I ordered at the start of July, and recieved an email to say it was shipped the next day. None of the tracking number/links give me any information and I have attempted to contact the company 3 times with no response. Terrible customer service

One of the worst customer service when it comes to online shopping. Order was supposed to take 5-10 working days, it’s going to be a month since I ordered, and my emails being sent to ask for update on my order seems to be ignored by them.

The quality of the items were great and have wash extremely well. However, the delivery and support were terrible. The item was supposed to between 5-7 days but took about 3 weeks to come! When I emailed the support line about the late delivery they linked me to the tracking site which never gave any updates and the support never gave me any reason for the delay

Bought this for my girlfriend and the quality is amazing ,however the shipping took a while.

The shirts are really comfy and soft. Second time ordering more shirts would have been 5 starts but the shipping got delayed

It took 2 months but I finally received one of two items but never my other item and customer support won't refund me or respond to my emails.

The stock of the company is very good, and it s easy to contact with them if you have a question about something else, the product, the shipment, or if you choose the wrong size, if you contact them earlier, they can change.

My items arrived very quickly (within a week, which is unusual for Australia). The shirts were a good thick material and the print was great! While the hoodie I received was on the thinner side, it makes for a great pump cover :)

AMAZING. Cannot praise this brand enough. They have such high quality stuff and the designs are dope. I've had my stuff for over a year now, and the designs have not peeled or faded at all. Couldn't recommend enough

Ordered 2 shirts. One arrived, quality was terrible. The other one was "lost in transit", tracking number worked. Got the run around for months on potentially getting a new one sent out. Requested a refund over multiple weeks, "refund will be processed shortly". Two weeks later, nothing. "Oh our manufacturing is delayed expect our shirts to ship next week" even though they said they would refund me. Three months it took. Luckily i went through paypal and got my refund sorted by them. This company is useless. Plenty of quality anime shirt websites available.

EDIT: I am not sure how to reply to the below comment from Elohim Saga, however i can show the email chain where there was communication about when i requrested a refund. Refund requested 28th March. Back and forth emails until I escalated it to Paypal on 11th April for a refund. Had a response 12th April ignoring earlier refund requests telling me the item had been delayed due to stock issues and will be sent out the following week. I replied on the 12th April about the refund with no response. The email chain clearly shows you had not even shipped it, let alone processed it.

You just sent a tracking email through now from China to unknown. Doesn't even state where it is going.

I am glad to inform you and everyone reading this that the item has not been delivered, and that I had received a refund by Paypal with no response from Elohim Saga until I put a 1 star review. Clearly only care about customers if its on a review to show face to others.

Very helpful customer service. I ordered the wrong size and they were very quick to respond to my request and change the size. Also responded to my questions about shipping quickly and in detail. T-shirt is also of high quality material and I love the design

I was dissatisfied with the items, so i requested a return. I paid for the shipping and returned the items, but Elohim Saga didnt even provide me with a refund. I have contacted them many times, but they wouldn't respond on this matter.
