Designs are great but the shirts shrink after a couple of washes

After my initial purchase of the Jiraiya and Kakashi tees from an earlier collection I’m always browsing and looking to shop at Elohim Saga. The quality, the styling, and the selection are incredible. Before my trip to Japan in Jan 2023 I ordered multiple shirts-Rengoku, Tengen, Ichigo, and Itachi. Wore them all over Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. I recommend Elohim Saga to everyone and purchased the Byakuya and Unohana shirts for family as well. Looking forward to the next drop!

Bad customer service! They don’t provide the services that the website states like a refund. I received products that look nothing like the ones on their pictures, the sizing is way off even though I used their size charts. Never got my money back though they said they would send it to me!

Can not recommend and will never order anything from them again.

Did not receive one of the items I ordered

I get a lot of those emails and you want a feedback from me. Well my order hasn’t arrived yet. I ordered my T-shirt last month ago. I would give you a better feedback if I had the chance to try my purchase. So stop send me these mails I please give me the T-shirt.

First of all the tshirts took over a month to arrive in which I was fine with as long as they were updates. My problem lies with the inconsistency of sizing and the quality of the T-shirt’s. The vintage T-shirts are actually really good and well put together but the sizing does not compare with the rest of the which causes a massive. The vintage tshirt was the one I looking forward to the most and the sizing just disappointed me. The eren tshirts, the print is really good and the sizing is fine. The eren tshirt has the worse quality I have encountered in a while. The shipping packages are also inconsistent, it’s like the brand has preferability on product. Overall the designs are awesome but tshirt quality, sizing & packaging is something this brand this to work on. I’m all for support small brands but you cannot call yourself a premium street wear when those issues are still current.

Took forever to come did not have a tracking number for the package I’m pretty sure the shirt I ordered and the one that was being delivered was different and After taking like more than a month to get to the city, it was being shipped back due to some random reason and I would’ve had to wait even longer to get it redelivered. I instead got a refund and have still yet to get the money back even though it’s been 2 weeks since I got a confirmation about my money back.

Ordered some Bleach (Anime) clothing from Elohim Saga. Quality is decent and i enjoy my purchase. Only hiccup was the delayed delivery but the guys at Elohim Saga looked into the delayed delivery after i reached out to them. I would order from them again.

I ordered some items last year in October time, however they were not as advertised so I returned them as instructed. I also gave my tracking number as evidence of the return but I could not get a straight answer about where my refund was. I contacted via email, live chat, Instagram and Facebook and every time I got a reply and I mentioned my refund I would get ghosted. I’ve been scammed out of roughly £100 that I will never see again.

Wrong item received, no response to any emails despite a week passing after sending my initial email regarding a refund or to have my correct item shipped.

No response on the phone when calling either, terrible customer service.

they would always answer the phone and would help me track my item when it got lost. it did take 2 months to come and i was t happy but they comfortable and a good t-shirt. you have to find the right number to elohim saga though
