Very unprofessional and rude. They lost my parcel and they were very rude not even an apology

Rude and irresponsible personnel, courier driver drove by and left a notification note without even trying to reach the doorbell... As he tried and no one was home. It's not the first time the personnel of this company behaves this way... SOS External companies that want to cooperate with ELTA for domestic transport. consider all the reviews carefully because you are going to have dissatisfied customers from this courier services.

The worst courier company in Greece, possibly the world. They are slow, rude, they never answer the phone, they never actually deliver you the package (just a note saying they made an attempt). This is just one of many frustrating and negative experiences I have had with them - trying to reach them for 10 days now so I can go pick up a package from their offices - no one answers the phone. EVER!

Missing letter. Was told that post from Lefkada to Nidri (a journey that takes about 20 minutes to drive) may have gone via Patras (over two hours away in the opposite direction) which is illogical. Unsympathetic and astonishingly rude staff in Nidri.

I don't recommend at all !!!
Careless customer service with 00 knowledge of English. They kept me waiting for more than two months with no justification. All they say is "your parcel is at the airport and we don't know about it you have to wait"

Ψωνίζω online, παρακαλώ το κατάστημα να μην μου τα στείλει με ACS (τραγική) κ μου τα στέλνουν με ELTA. Σκέφτομαι τι μπορεί να είναι χειρότερο από την ACS?
Σήμερα (29/11) παίρνω στο τηλέφωνο που έχει στο λινκ (8001182000) που μου έστειλαν για να δω που βρίσκεται το πακέτο.
Θα πρέπει να πάρετε στο 2106073000 μου λένε ευγενικά.
Παίρνω.
Όχι σε αυτό, θα πρέπει να πάρετε στο 11120 μου λέει η φωνή απ την άλλη μεριά της γραμμής. Παίρνω κ αυτό! BINGO OOOOO επιτέλους το πετύχαμε.

Ε μα αν είναι δυνατόν. Χωρίς ταλαιπωρία γίνεται? Δεν γίνεται. Να βάλουν το 5ψηφιο στο λινκ της φόρμας για τον εντοπισμό των αποστολών ίσως??? 🤔.

Συγνώμη από την εταιρία.Εγραψα άσχημο rewius,γιατί την μπέρδεψα με την αθλια ΕΛΤΑ courier.Σε αυτήν αναφερομουν.Τα ελτα.gr είναι τα καλύτερα.5 αστέρια.

The worst post office I have ever seen in my life.
1. I lost a parcel of 2500 euros ( without sending fee ). I bring all the proof they want but they gave me back only 325 euro.
2. I sent to Africa ( Eritrea ) with full address and telephone number, even I wrote Africa in it to be clear that Eritrea is a country in Africa, 2 parcel x 18.5 kilos which costs more than 2000 euros, and sending fee 344 euros , am still waiting about 2 months. The worst thing is that when I went and ask them about it they replied me that I sent to Germany while there is not any Germany address in the boxes and in the tracking papers.
3. Most of them they don't speak English and some of them they don't want to speak English eventhough they can speak English. But there are good person also there.

Kjøpte en vare fra Ebay via Elta Hellenic.

Sporingsiden fra Elta hellenic er helt elendig, fikk ikke vite at pakken annkom, eller noe som helst info. Men forstår at det kan være vanskelig ved sporing til et annet land. Men jeg brukte parcellapp.com som jeg annbefaler dere å bruke, der sto hvor jeg kunne hente og hvor den var.
Bare vite at pakken kommer😊 bare bruk parcellapp så finner dere mer info om pakken som kan redde dere her i Norden.

If you can, avoid using ELTA - they simply lose packages with no trace at all (maybe there is a huge pile of lost packages somewhere or employees just take them home?). For me as a German who is used to reliable postal services, it is amazing (and incredible) that a public postal service that is as crappy as ELTA can actually exist

Is there an option for no star? They have received the package from the 23/08 from the shop and today 30/08 I saw it from the tracking service that it is still there. They have not contacted me at all

WORST COURIER SERVICE! They leave ticket without RINGING the bell!!!! It's like they cannot be BOTHERED! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET A TEXT SAYING I WASN NOT HOME BUT I WORK FROM HOME! No issues with other courier services

I have never seen a delivery service where you pay for tracking and it isn't updating it says the same thing for days (15 to be precise) I payed more than 20€ to get my package to Italy. To now have it lost and not knowing what's happening to it. Customer support is non existent just stay away from them.

Avoid. Possibly the worst in Europe. Just do not send anything to Greece. They only take good care of the big companies. Better to send it with a transfer company.

I mailed a package from the US to Greece. It arrived in Athens on 4/2/22. This is as far as I can track it. Its just sitting there. ELTA website is down and it can not be tracked. I am wondering are they holding the mail until Elta is back online. There communication is awful. They don’t answer emails or calls.

As everyone else. It is a shame this company still exists. They are not bothered by bad reviews since this is a government organization so their salaries is paid nevertheless! It is the reason Greece is still in this mess and will be for ages until a true bankruptcy occurs (no help from outsiders/ EU). Sending a parcel or a letter with ELTA demands lots of courage for the sender!

Do not expect any help either from the Greek ombudsman for postal services (EETT). Same organizational plan, same principles.
