Package was marked as shipped on 11/21/2025, did not ship until 2 weeks later, arrived late, and it did not have the protective coating on it, so it was scratched in places, I assume due to shipping. Overall, I am not satisfied with the speed of service or the quality of the product.

I loved the "Bird Wall Art" on the website, but it was too small for the spot I wanted to put it. So, I requested a Custom Order. They were quick to respond with a wonderful mock up of exactly what I wanted. The birds are about 2' across and fly across 10' of the front of our house. They are just above two big picture windows and below the peak of the roof. Everyone on our cul-de-sac as come up to comment on how beautiful the look. I absolutely love that they could create what was in my vision!

The quality of the product was as promised and it is the centerpiece of my living room which is exactly what I wanted

I would have prefered knowing beforehand what "metal" you were using instead of finding out afterwards. Second you need to pack and ship your stuff better. Use packing tape to secure to the inner cardboard and wrap it in bubble wrap. My first piece arrived damaged and my second bigger order arrived with a small portion outside of the shipping container.

I immediately liked the product and thought about it for a couple of days. I then placed the order. Easy. Convenient. Communication was good on receiving the order and when I could expect the product.
Now it is proudly hanging over my bed in the master and makes me smile every time! Liked that it looked even better in person. Great experience.

As I have noticed from other reviews, this is not metal but plastic with metal edges. A bit deceiving from website description. But it is beautiful, nonetheless less. Shipping was VERY slow! Had a question for the seller and had to send two emails before I received a response. But they did finally respond to my question.

The product was exactly as advertised and arrived without damaged. The only negative thing I can say is that it took twice as long to deliver due to shipping delays.

Delayed shipping with no communication for days. Gift included to compensate for delay arrived broken. Quality not as expected. Not metal, flimsy, Cuts not finished; burrs at every curve of cut. Over priced for quality.

Well made, exceeded expectations, looks great on my wall. Shipping was fast the art was well packed and arrived undamaged.

We liked the art, but the packaging was not protective of the piece. Several of the metal ends were sticking out of the cardboard and were damaged. I was able to straighten them out and touch them up - so up on the wall you don’t notice any of the damage. I would work on improving your packaging process

Artwork is as pictured and looks great! Came quickly and packaged safely so was in perfect condition when it arrived.

The product was masterfully cut and looks great. I gave it a rating of three because the description of the piece clearly states that it is made of aluminum but it is obviously plexiglass covered in a thin layer of aluminum.

great delivery time, produce was great quality and delivered with no problems. Better than I expected, would definately buy from them again.

It is plastic, not metal. The picture is vivid color but it is not matching the photo. Thus the trees on the right have sections of mountains on the tops.
However we do enjoy it and display it proudly in the living room.

I'm very satisfied with my order. Love the 3D look on my wall! Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.

Pros:
It fit our purpose exactly.
Easy to unpack, remove backing and preparing install.
Personal contact with your representative in color selection.
Your assistance with the photo by placing the art work behind the couch.

Cons:
One of the most outer most conifer limbs on the right end was slightly bent as if it was mishandled. (Not enough to return.)

Arrived in a timely manner; product was as expected. I did send an email stating the 2 sided tape was missing...never got a response. Was able to resolve myself.
