The team at Ember have done an amazing job of registering my new limited company and holding my hand through the initial setup of my business. Their app is awesome and I love being able to get help from real, super friendly people through the integrated chat. I really think this is the future of accounting!

Takes a bit of time to get your head into if you have no prior experience with accounting/accounting software, but they have a great team that are usually pretty quick to respond with help.

This is the kind of quality of service one would be happy with. The guys are offering great support and the software is incredibly easy to use.

Fantastic system and service. Accountants available to help but the documents are clear and helpful in themselves. Each category for purchases has a clear explanation so it's much easier to categorise things yourself. Dashboard is clear in terms of balance, cash due in and cash due out.

For years a family member has done my return, but due to illness was no longer available, so I needed an accountant FAST. Looking into Ember's reviews I decided to take the leap, but was very uncertain whether an online accountant could provide a proper service.
What can I say, other than they were BRILLIANT! I was dealing with Steven and Martin, who quickly resolved a problem that arose and their communication throughout was first class. I will be back next year.

I was assisted by Cameron Finney with my accounts, and he was incredibly good and user friendly. Helped me not only with categorising my expenses for tax purposes, but also with navigating the Ember software interface. Will recommend to my colleagues as a very cost-effective solution.

I have used Ember for the last 6 months, while setting up and starting to run my Ltd company. I find the interface very intuitive and easy to use, there's lots of useful, accessible guidance, and the team are easy to get hold of and helpful with all kinds of tax/accounting queries. I particularly like the fact it seamlessly links my invoicing with my accounts, including telling me when I need to chase overdue payments! I like being part of a technology-focussed, growing and flexible offering -- there have been a couple of technology niggles especially lately the app hence the 4 star but these are generally sorted quickly and smoothly, and I think Ember will go far!

Ember were just the panacea that I needed, for all my tax needs, at the time I needed it.
They were a true support and assistance when I didn't know what to do or who to turn to, regarding my Self-Assessment.
Their service was value for money, professional and relatively tailored to my needs.

I'm loving it so far, I love the interactive feature. It's not all automatic so you get to still have some control and input. But once these are set up, it pretty much runs it for you. I'm happy with it.

Support: 10/10 - you get answers on the same day from qualified accountants. They advise you, and don't give wishy washy BS answers. They are there to help and you can have 1-1 calls almost any time you want to. I love it as someone who dislikes the whole accountancy part of business. I like front end, sales, marketing etc.

App: 10/10 - Functionality is on point. It does EVERYTHING you could want it to and more. But guess what, it's EASY TO USE. You don't have to be a tech wiz or have an accounting background to use this.

Honestly, if you've been using other softwares like quickbooks, xero or whatever. Cancel with them right now, sign up with Ember, and you'll never look back, believe me 😎

Ember is a relatively new platform so I was nervous when moving from my traditional accountant. However it's been very smooth to get up and running. The platform is really easy to use, far better than my old accountants spreadsheets! The open banking integration is genius and saves loads of time. The odd hiccup has been resolved quickly, and that's what has impressed me the most. Ember are VERY responsive on the in platform messaging system, typically within a few minutes an accountant has answered.
In the past I felt I was paying my accountant to do lots of basic admin that could do myself - all I really need them for is the specialist accounting advice. I think Ember meets that needs very well, letting me save money by simplifying the admin, but a real accountant still being there if I need them.

Ember is life-changing!! As a sole trader I've struggled with accounting and tax deadlines and compliance but Ember makes it so simple, there is always someone to fire questions at and I feel like I really understand the numbers for the first time. I would 100% recommend

Really fab tool for entrepreneurs like me. Simple, automated and improving as time goes by. The human-support element is a really good addition to just the accounting bit.

They definitely do what it says on the tin and it is all online and efficient.
