My son was travelling from Inverness to Edinburgh Airport today, but sadly his bus was delayed and he missed his flight.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They supported my son during a very stressful situation and waited with him until he could buy a new ticket. The manager also personally helped us, which we truly appreciated.

Thank you to the manager and all the staff for such excellent customer service and kindness!

I love it. Very easy to use and track. Prices are much more reasonable than Stagecoach. Modern, clean and efficient. My teenage son particularly appreciates the friendliness of the drivers. Thank you. Now more than happy to get buses a lot more often.

Booked an Ember ticket for the first time. Stood waiting for the bus. The bus drove straight past me without so much as a courtesy glance, so I ended up paying again to get a Stagecoach bus instead.

I don’t normally use buses because this sort of thing is exactly why, but I thought Ember might be different. Apparently there’s a secret society of “official Ember stops” that first-time passengers are expected to discover by instinct, because they’re certainly not made obvious on the wallet pass or during the booking process.

Nothing says “modern transport” quite like selling someone a ticket for a bus that doesn’t stop for them. As much as I dislike Stagecoach, at least they managed the revolutionary concept of stopping for a passenger who was actually waiting.

Honestly Revolutionary, Saving Money Every day and such a better Service Buses are clean unlike other companies, and the charging ports always are working. Only gripe I would have is you have to book in advance but it’s relatively straight forward and you can still do it on the day you intend to travel.

I was booked onto the 7.49am Ember bus for Inverness leaving Union Square in Aberdeen today 20th June. I have never used the service before and didn't realise I needed to book the exact stop I wanted collected from. The driver kindly stopped when I flagged him down even though he didn't need to, I was so grateful for this act of kindness as my trip would have been ruined had I missed that particular bus. Very kind and attentive driver throughout the journey . Highly recommend!

the bus left edinburgh around 2pm, we didn’t arrive in aberdeen till around 7pm
which made us miss our next bus in aberdeen. the bus driver missed a stop and had to turn around which made our bus even more delayed. i was not happy about the journey

Comfortable but I find the buses are constantly late it’s really really frustrating especially when I’m stood at the bus stop.

Travelled from Aberdeen to Edinburgh city centre.
The driver was excellent, greeted everyone when they entered and left the bus very friendly. He was a South African made our journey very enjoyable. The bus is very comfortable, the only criticism I could make was it was not direct, calling at several places en-route

Company have started a direct bus route from Aberdeen to Edinburgh airport. Great service, plenty coaches to choose from and all new buses. Another plus is the fact we didn't have to pay any booking fee when booking online, very much appreciated. We will be using Ember from now on!

My friend and I took the bus from Bridge of Don Aberdeen to Edinburgh airport on 22nd May. The bus driver - Kevin, could not have been more helpful. He put our cases in for us, kept us up to date, answered our queries, unloaded our cases at our destination. He was polite and friendly with everyone getting on and off the bus. The bus was comfortable, he adjusted the air con when this was requested and made for a pleasant journey.

Absolutely fed up of the Ember drivers on the road they seem to think they own the roads, broad day light running around with fog lights on, hard up the arse of cars in front, flashing full beam at people driving the speed limit, speeding in the towns when its sign posted 20mph. Many complaints to there office and nothing gets done about it.

We took a day return Inverness to Aberdeen both drivers AM (?) and PM (Kevin) were courteous and helpful .Both were prompt although the PM was held up by a dysfunctional gate at Aberdeen airport, which Kevin explained to everyone and kept us updated of progress.
Only niggle of AM was an older coach and toilet made rear of bus smell .
Would definetily use again. Good work

Have been loving Ember! Clean buses, good connections, great price, wi fi + charging. But the driver from Oban to Glasgow on the 11am May 29th bus was distracted and almost crashed twice. Lots of hard breaking, once going off the road (I’m assuming to avoid a collision), and again in the lot in Glasgow when he failed to look to the left and pulled out in front of another bus.

Very welcoming driver, much more comfortable seating vs competitors, and greater flexibility with ticketing and the app. Used them for the return leg of a journey after using Flixbus for the onward route.... I gave them a 1 star and this company 5 stars. Difference was stark.

Very well organized. Included live tracking and license plate number to make sure you get on the right bus. Comfortable seats.

This company have revolutionised bus travel in the Scottish Highlands. Comfortable, easy to book, cheap (currently £2 single within Highlands), friendly drivers, regular (including nights), go to more places (including Braemar), easy to get a bike on, easy to see from online map where the bus is. And quiet and electric.

I honestly can't remember a time where I made my connecting bus due to the terrible service ember have been providing. I can't remember the last time my bus actually ran on time and considering I use the buses extremely regularly it's shocking that I can't get from A to B without a 20 + minute delay every single time. This delay means I miss my connecting bus and some buses have 2 hours between them, rendering my journey useless!!!!

Bus was late, miserable, unhelpful driver. Couldn’t get on because machine was broken. I honestly can not understand how they’ve been allowed to run this service
