Excellent service, a lot of options to choose from, low prices and fast process. It looks unbelievable, but I found a decent and pleasant place to purchase used cars. I paid it all at once without paying a single out of my budget.

Overall my experience with EMG Auto was good. The sales staff was freely and I love the car that I purchased from them.

The receptionist at the place was a little unprofessional when I was just trying to get help with an issue but overall I would purchase from there again.

This place is amazing. The car purchasing process was stress free and easy. There was no pressure at all. All the staff are very friendly and made things simple. Everything was straight forward with no hidden fees or costs. An absolute wonderful experience. Would highly recommend coming to EMG for next car purchase.

I got my car on November 31st 2015, pay the money for it I full, I shipped my car, they gave me 20 days temporary plates, those plates expired 30 days later, January 28 2016, I received the title. Car didn't have a clear title when it got sold to me. Obviously they had issues with it, as I understood, previous buyer returned it as well because of problems with the title. Every time I called, I was told buy Bill ( the manager) that the title will be there in few days. On January 3rd 2016, they've decided to send me a check for $350 to cover me if I got a ticket for expired tags, and I was very clear that I won't drive a car with expired tags, but bill said you will have the title in few days, 2 or 3 at max. Not to mention that I had mechanical problems with the car that they refused to take care of. They suck, never again. I will report this to the BBB as well

Dishonest agents and very poor customer service once they get your money. The dealer purposely disable the check engine light so it did not turn on until 12 hours after purchase (40 miles). I had to spend $1800 for new parts and repairs just to pass inspection. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

At first wasn't really trying to purchase a vehicle from there since I did a bit of research on EMG and they had a couple recent bad reviews, but decide to go and check it out since they had a couple a vehicles I was looking into getting. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Subaru wrx sti limited edition car was clean,low mileage, and fully loaded they worked with me on giving me a good price on the vehicle , they are very welcoming as soon as you walk in. I would highly recommended them if your looking into to getting a clean sports or luxury cars , they have a lot of GTR's , Sti , Evo , BMW.
