Unlawful Company
I have just been contacted by this company today, I have a disabled vunruable child under 16, they are threatening to come to remove goods.
I have offered to pay the bill off next week as I have no money this week.
Very frustrating, scary it upset me and children I had with me as we had just been out. If I could give no stars I would. Sickening, disgusting unethical, unprofessional and no proof, legitimate proof I did what they say. Due to me sending numerous emails they are still threatening to turn up when they know our extremely vulnerabilities.

Company contacted me on my works email address which is a BREACH of GDPR. Also they are trying to get money off me on behalf of Horizon which I have already paid and have confirmation in writing. This makes me think this is a scam.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their agents are aggressive, intimidating, and show no regard for the law — even when it’s spelled out to them. They showed up at my home and behaved in a way that was completely unprofessional and downright disgusting. They do not care about your age, gender, or circumstances.
The phone support is just as bad, if not worse. I was spoken to with complete disrespect. One of their staff even told me, “You’re not a customer, you’re a debt.” This level of dehumanization is absolutely shocking.
I tried to explain that I am receiving support for my mental health, and instead of showing understanding, I was told to “go and get professional help.” It was condescending, cruel, and unacceptable.
This company thrives on intimidating vulnerable people. It feels like they are trained to be hostile rather than helpful. They need serious training on how to treat people with basic decency and compassion.
Avoid them at all costs. They should be investigated and held accountable for the way they operate.

This company is unethical, how did they obtain my mobile number to send a text message without any consent which is a breach of data protection. They are chasing a Tesco PCN almost a year ago which I
appealed against as the signs

visible enough so refused to pay the £65 and now want me to pay £130; also threatened with court action which I am prepared to attend. Its clear that the PCN has been sold off to a debt management organisation trying to make money. They can't even get the date right when the so called parking offence happened.

The company are not following legal guidance and legislation pursuant to debt enforcement.

Empira - a totally immoral company
Unfortuntely, to write a review you have to click a star but this company gets ZERO stars.
I received a demand letter from this company requiring me to pay them a sum of money for an unpaid parking ticket. This money had been paid several months before to Euro Parking Services Ltd, who had still sent me a demand letter to pay it. I wrote a letter with the payment reference and copy of my credit card statement showing payment and instructed them not to contact me again. Euro Parking Services then sent another letter saying that they had 'considered my appeal and weren't upholding it' and demanded payment for the amount already paid. I refused to contact Euro Parking Services again as I had done all I needed to do.
Now, several more months down the line Empira send the demand letter. I ring the number given on letter and speak to a very agressive man called Simon (he has been mentioned negatively in other reviews) who explained that the charge had been cancelled. I have had no correspondence from Empira to confirm this. Purely out of interest I wondered whether, even though the charge is cancelled, if I had tried to pay the charge directly by ringing the automated payment line it would still take payment using the case referencee - so I tried it and it did - I only paid £1 but the option to for how much I could have paid was down to me so if I had chosen to simply pay directly for whatever reason, rather than ring up, Empira would have had my money. I am going to look into making a compaint to Financial Conduct Authority and to Which? consumer magazine to see what can be done.
The worst company ever
The worst company ever. No compassion or empathy. I understand the debt needed to be paid. I asked for a payment plan and was refused. Told them I could pay in 4 days the full amount. They refused sent the agent around the following day to ensure I didn’t have the time to make payment in 4 days time. Just to add more to the amount. The people in the office are rude and obnoxious. A company like this shouldn’t be able to operate the way that they do. Whoever governs these types of businesses really need to look into this company.

I would not not give this company even one star. It is so disgusting. But I couldn't write my review unless I clicked on a star.
Bailiff called Mohammad , no point in discussing him and the receptionist, horrible woman, who actually put the phone down on me as I wanted to set up a payment plan and explained that I had gone through a bereavement and hadn’t been able to cope with my letters. No empathy, no willingness to actually listen. Horrendous experience. Already have health issues and this experience has left me shattered. Any court or organisation that uses this company should look at its inhumane conduct. Yes people do incur debts or fines but that does not mean that a debt company cannot be a bit more emphatic to the people that they are badgering and using scare tactics to get payments. Slamming a phone down when asked to speak to a manager says it all as to how professional this company is.

They are hounding me for my ex husband’s debt that HE MADE IN HIS NAME AFTER THE FINANCIAL SEPARATION.
Disgusting company. Returned all their letters, still hounding me. Called them and sent an email with a mile long list of documents only to be told they can’t pull their finger out of their arse to send me a reply and they need to very the documents.
It’s not enough the abuse from my ex, now I get abuse from the guys that should be after him.

Typical Rude Enforcement Company
Birmingham city council use this company to try to chase outstanding debts. My address had been falsely given to BCC back in 2018 by two people who had outstanding council tax debts and BCC sent a chaser in their names to me several years ago. I contacted BCC and sent them a council tax bill for my address showing they had never lived here.
Fast forward to today (6 years later) and this company “Empira” do no more than issue the same demand to my address
I rang them today to speak to a rude youth (Simon) who told me to do exactly the same thing I had done 6 years ago.
No apology of course and clearly no attempt at investigation this matter further

Online chat function - no response ever. Appears its just to look like they're legitimate.
Want to pay on time according to the payment plan - they only let you pay the full balance online using their portal.
