Great customer service
Cameo is superlative. She has great attention to detail, understands sense of urgency/ follow up and took command of my issue. While this still in the process of being resolved it is a breath of fresh air to find someone who is diligent and cares about the customer. Amazing!

Initially I was very frustrated with the length of time it took to maneuver through the phone prompts (8 minutes+). When I did I was told I couldn't buy parts, I was then transferred to service department and Kris was a great help (I'd give her a 4 star).

I broke the cover of the lower krisper drawer in an LG frig. When I called to find the part they answered quickly. Bryan did a great job in finding the correct part quickly. He was very helpful, he got the part shipped ASAP followed up with shipping info. I have not received the part yet but I am positive it will be on time. Service was excellent to this point.
