I am very please with my contact eith Armand. He was very sweet and found the replace part I need for my LG air purifier. The original part I understand is discontinued but he found a replacement part that he said will work. He placed my order and said it should be here in 3-5 days. I'm very please with the service. I wish I'd of found them sooner.

Great customer service

Great customer service! First, I ordered a replacement TV remote device and spoke with Sherwin Donato.. Then later the same day I found my remote device so I called back to see if I could cancel my earlier order… no problem for Sherwin. Both contacts were excellent.

Very helpful Representative

The Samsung Representative I spoke to her name is CRISTELYN PACLIPAN and she was very helpful and very attentive. I couldn't figure out the name of the part I had trouble she took the time and sent me a photo of the schematic part through my email to make sure It was the part i was looking for. I just wanted to know if she knew what part I was trying to replace and we figured it out and the name of the part. I ordered the part right away as soon as she said they had the replacement part. I definitely call back if I need replacement parts.
