Teresa was able to identify and locate the exact replacement part which I need. This was not an easy or obvious part to find, but she kept troubleshooting and searching for it with me on the line until it was located. Two prior representatives were unable to go the extra mile to ensure the correct part was ordered (which resulted in me receiving the wrong part ). She was patient and kind and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

I was on the Samsungparts.com trying and failing to find the correct part # replacement water filter for my refrigerator. YURI came on the chat and quickly gave me the correct part number. The LG company rep, Kris Belle, deftly handled my problem and even texted me a photo of the shelf that I needed for my LG refrigerator. I had just gone through a disappointing exchange with a "on line assistant" on a related website, so I was delighted that Kris was a live person able to immediately solve my issue. I was also grateful that she pointed out I would need only the plastic frame for the shelf, and not the glass insert. She was top notch.
